Framboise Boon is a 100% spontaeous fermentation made from a mix of young and old lambic aged in oak barrels. Real rasberries are added, at least 250 gram per liter beer to create optimal taste. Framboise Boon is a dry complex beer with aroma of vanilla and wood. The raspberries give a crispy, delicious and slightly sour tast. Boon uses champagne cork on the bottles and has won many prices for their different products.

A little old oak fermentation adds flesh and weight to this medium sweet style of Pinot Gris, which has rich flavours and characterful spicy white pear aromas. This North Canterbury Riesling has residual sugar between 10 and 20 grams per litre, which is beautifully balanced by fresh acidity which adds purity and tension to this lively wine.

This is made from organically certified grapes grown on the banks of the Waipara River in North Canterbury.

The region's cool nights and hot days add length to the ripening season, which makes it easy to ripen grapes with rich flavours.

Beautiful dry, refreshing, concentrated French Chenin Blanc with intense flavours of green apples, apricots, honey and white floral aromas. This outstanding wine comes  from one of the smallest and highest quality wine regions on the northern side of the Loire, which is dedicated entirely to the great white Chenin Blanc. 

This wine is great drinking now and will age well for the next two decades. 

Dry, bright and fruity Riesling from arguably the finest Riesling growing region in the world - the Mosel.

Winemaker Paul Pujol is a dab hand at making this pale light bodied red from Pinot Noir. This refreshing lighter take on Pinot Noir has flavours of red berries, spice, excellent freshness and a long finish. 

Limited skin contact, wild yeast fermentation and no secondary fermentation has resulted in an intense, red cherry laced wine with fresh acidity and brightness. 

This is made to be served lightly chilled. 

Evocatively named after the two rivers running through Marlborough; the Wairau and the Awatere, whose banks are flanked with grapes, including those that made their way into this dry pinkie with its fresh summer berry flavours and lingering finish... Marlborough winemaker Dave Clouston spent three years making wine on the French island of Corsica, where dry light bodied, flavoursome rose is the order of the day in the Mediterranean heat.

This is his Marlborough take on the same theme, only it's made 100% from this country's most planted red grape, Pinot Noir. It's a dry light bodied, super fresh rose to drink year round. 

The "i" might be in lower case, but beware - this is a capital beer.  

Brimming with luscious roasted coffee and chocolate malt flavours drizzled over a scoop of velvety ice cream.iStout Affogato is balanced by a brisk bitterness and bold hoppy freshness, remixed by the addition of lactose, coffee, and vanilla in the brew.  

As with all our beers, this beer is a very modern interpretation of this classic style.

Sourced exclusively from 2 family farms that are increasingly practicing sustainable farming. Most of the fruit is sourced from the right bank of the Rhone River. This blend of Grenache and Syrah offers aromas of wild berries, white pepper and cherries. Rich red fruit on the palate. Medium-bodied with a lightly textured style.

Mild and light in taste, with floral aromas and a slight hint of smoked malt and a touch of bitter.

Fruity red deliciousness with the X factor from winemaker Tim Adams, formerly the red winemaker at Astrolabe Wines in Marlborough. He has moved onto new pastures and is making this juicy red from ripe Syrah grapes, allowing the wine to express all it savoury glory as it is bottled unfined and unfiltered.

The Doyenne is a gin at the top of its field, flavoured with coconut, lime and lemongrass with pronounced fresh flavours. The Doyenne is fabulous with ice and fresh lime, even a dash of lime soda goes well.
