Commercial Description

Taittinger Brut Réserve is a blend of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (60%) wines from over 35 different vineyards and vintages matured to perfection. 

This high proportion of Chardonnay, unique among fine non-vintage champagnes, and a minimum ageing of three years in the cellars, where it reaches the peak of aromatic maturity, makes Taittinger Brut Reserve a delicately balanced champagne, known for its consistently excellent quality all over the world.

Taittinger considers it an honour to produce a Brut champagne every year without exception. The brilliant body is golden yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine, while the foam is discreet yet lingering. The nose, very open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. it also gives off the fragrance of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The entry onto the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavours of fresh fruit and honey.

"Selected from some of our finest Hawke's Bay Gimblett Gravels vineyards, this small-batch, barrel-fermented wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%) from our Gimblett Road and Murdoch vineyards, Cabernet Franc (20%) from our Gimblett Road vineyard, and Merlot (15%) from our Mere Road vineyard. The wine is full and expressive, showing rich fruit with spice, tobacco, chocolate and a velvety texture offering refinement, power and persistence. 

Generous, intense and complex with rich black fruit notes, mocha coffee and sweet spice."

VITICULTURE Selected from some of Hawke's Bay's finest vineyards, this sparkling wine was partially fermented in French oak barrels for 15 months for complexity of character. Central to the success of New Zealand as a world-renowned wine growing region is the temperate maritime climate and the freedraining alluvial soils. Cool nights and warm days retain acidity which lends freshness and vibrancy to the wines, highly characteristic of New Zealand wine styles. 

WINEMAKING Pinot Gris was picked from the Mission homeblock and very gently pressed. The juice was inoculated with specially developed, aromatic yeast strains to intensify varietal character development. A portion was fermented in French oak barrel for 15 months for complexity. After blending the cuvée, the wine underwent a secondary fermentation before bottling. 

TASTING NOTES - Zesty with delicate pear and apple and fine mousse. Grown on our historic vineyard, this sparkling wine was partially fermented in French oak barrels for 15 months for complexity of character. Aromas of delicate pear and apple with a zesty palate showing lemon, lime and nutty notes.

A true Munich Pale Lager

On the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the Purity Law, our brewers developed a new beer in a new package in 2016, using the pale lager from Hofbräuhaus. "Hofbräuhaus Hell" is a smooth, easy-drinking, and pleasantly hopped Munich pale lager. A delight for all beer connoisseurs who appreciate the traditional Bavarian lifestyle! It doesn't get more Munich than this: genuine Munich beer, a true Munich brewery, and authentic Hofbräuhaus.

Chateau du Trignon is located on the Trignon river which divides Sablet and Gigondas in the southern Rhone. This is 100% Marsanne offering subtles aromas of acacia, beeswax, quince, almonds, honey and white peach.

A classically styled rose from the wine's spiritual home in Bandol in Provence, Southern France made with 50% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache and 25% Cinsault.

Bleu Rivage rose has an intense melon pink colour and a nose that is slightly spicy with accompanying hints of citrus fruits. On the palate, this wine is robust and round with good balance, and a grapefruit-like finish.

Fruit World Famous is a series of fruit sours. Always made from the finest fruit purée. This rendition is packed with the brightest raspberries we could find.

A few years ago we went to Tampa, Florida to brew a massive Imperial Stout together with our friends at Angry Chair Brewing. 2022 it was time again, but this time it was brewed in Sweden, here is the barrel aged version.

Brewed with premium rice, sour yuzu juice and a splash of sparkling water. Konbini is carefree convenience, with a bubbly personality packed into a fun colourful can. Like its namesake, the Japanese convenience store, Konbini is always there, for a fizzy and fruity time.
