Unit price perHarvest Pilsner™; a beer that tells a tale of sixty seasons, of bines grown big and tall, of countless hop cones brewed, and of the hundreds of hands involved in bringing you the freshest flavour year after year. This is more than just a fresh hop beer, Harvest Pilsner™ is a true taste of a moment in time.
This year’s harvest marks the fifteenth anniversary of our multi-award-winning fresh hop pilsner. For 2025, it’s been carefully crafted with local Riwaka™ and Motueka™ hops from the Tasman region, hand-selected, collected, and raced back to the brewery by our Master Brewer, Tracy Banner. They lend exquisite and more-ish notes of mixed citrus and tropical fruit, a pleasant sweetness and a bright, resinous note. These are balanced against a rock-solid foundation of a crisp, dry, and quite frankly terrific pilsner.

Our Chardonnay comes from an old hillside vineyard in the Southern Valleys region of Marlborough, where clay based loess soils prevail. Larger old barrels have predominantly been used to naturally ferment the wine. Untouched and aged over 14 months, without anything more than a peek in the barrel from time to time, has enhanced the elegance of this wine. Poised, with a delicious mineral backbone this chardonnay has tension, and genorosity at the same time, with a whiff of that classic struck match note that cool climate chardonnay can produce so well.
Suitable for Vegans.

Unit price perThis is the latest release of our estate pinot noir and was made from mainly 18 year old vines (Clones 5, 6, Abel, 667, 115, 777). Bright ruby appearance, and a bouquet filled with scents of place then ripe red berry fruits and dark cherry. Soft notes of toasted cedar display the 11 months of barrel ageing. On the palate, a core of deep dark fruits is balanced with hints of fresh late summer berries. The intimate touch of winemaking is evident in the light vanilla oak notes, subtle body and the unassuming but long finish. Drinking well now but will develop in the cellar for 10 plus years.
“It's gorgeously ripe and enticing, the wine shows Black Doris plum, wild strawberry, rich floral, warm spice and toasted almond characters, followed by a wonderfully weighted palate displaying fleshy texture combined with beautifully melded tannins, finishing persistent and delectable. At its best: now to 2033.” 95 points 5 stars outstanding Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
