Unit price perGoyck is a blend of a top fermentation beer, Toots, and a spontaneously fermented beer, Lindemans lambic. The refermentation in the bottle with the Brettanomyces gives the resulting beer a hoppy and fruity character, a rather complex flavour and unique aroma! The beer has a fine sparkle and dry, hoppy finish.
'Goyck' refers to the old spelling of the beautiful village "Gooik"... a village and beer the Pajottenland is rightfully proud of!

Unit price perA golden peach lambic with a sparkling appearance and fruity taste. Taste: Golden in colour; with a nose that fills the room with fresh peaches. Sparkling, crisp and refreshing balance of fruit and acid.
A hazy yellow pour, is topped with a frothy eggshell cap that leaves nice lace. Full on fresh peach aroma, some yeast, tart citrus, smells inviting. Tastes sweet and tart. Lots of peach of course with a tart citric component that balances the sweetness. A bit of hops lead to a grassy finish. Very peachy and not overly complex, but refreshing and enjoyable.

Is she still sexy? Yes, I think so!
Martha is a blond beer with an alcohol content of 8%.
Slightly fruity and a light, sweet attack.
In other words, a typical Belgian blond beer.
However, a beer with such a name is always worth a try.

Unit price perIt sounds Japanese but it's as American as having a BMI of 32. The Yakima Valley in Washington state, situated in the top left corner of the lower 48, is home to some of our favourite hop varieties, the tiny green flavour bombs that powered the whole craft beer renaissance from the get go. Liberty is what it smells like.

Unit price perOur citrus pale ale is approachable, moreish, and hauntingly good on any occasion. Originally brewed as a Halloween seasonal, interest lingered, like its lemony flavours, and it is now our best-selling beer. In the foggy past, patrons of The Bell Inn, our 600-year-old pub in Walberswick, told tall tales of ghostly ships that haunted the shore. The seeds of these stories were likely sown by smugglers trying to scare people away, but they later became the inspiration for everyone’s favourite eerie brew.

Unit price perPeckam's x Duncan?s
Fresh Hopped is a special collaboration with our friends at Duncan's Brewing Company, a celebration of our two harvests coming together.
Duncan's works with Eggers Hop Farm for their hops each year which is located a stone's thrown from our orchard. Together with the Duncan's team, we collected fresh hops straight off the bine from Eggers and brought them back to the cidery.
For the freshest hop cider in the land with beautiful lush hop flavour, our cidermaker Jody, added the hops to a partially fermented cider and then over night the fermentation completed with the fresh hops soaking.
The result is a fabulously aromatic cider, dry in style with a delightful citrus and tropical character coming from the fresh Motueka hops. Balanced and fruity, the hops and the apple flavour are perfectly integrated for a refreshing cider.
Apples: Brown's, Kingston Black, Tom Putt
Hops: Motueka from Eggers Hop Farm

Unit price perPRODUCT OF GERMANY. Liquid gold, unfiltered with a creamy foam crown – the unique character of the yeast-white beer. Golden yellow with orange reflections is adorned with a firm foam that has a creamy consistency. A striking scent of bananas emerges. The fruity note is also continued on the palate. Delicately effervescent and refreshing at the same time, the full-bodiedness seduces you with a fine hoppy aftertaste.
From a 40-year-old Sauvignon Blanc planting, the oldest in the region - this wine shows a deeply aromatic nose of honey suckle, lime and jasmine. On the palate it is silky with a phenolic grip that helps balance the acidity which is long but subtle. Notes of gooseberry and white peach. This is a wine to drink now or to cellar
