Spicy new, medium bodied Pinot Noir with lifted aromas of red flowers, ripe plums and hints of spicy macerated cherries, all held together in a smooth, silky wine made by  Julian Richards with grapes from the Ashmore Vineyard, owned by Dog Point Vineyards. 

This wine was aged in a combination of older oak puncheons for 30% of the wine with the balance being in stainless steel.

The other wine made from the same vineyard by Richards is called Fractal Pinot Noir. Both come from the 2020 vintage, one of the best years this century. 

Curiosity Ruby gin is a vibrant pink gin made by infusing Curious Dry with fresh rhubarb stalks.

Handcrafted using 20 natural botanicals, Australian Bitters Company Aromatic Bitters is very versatile and can be used in a range of cocktails recipes. Add a few drops in a Martini or a Manhattan and give the good old recipes a nice little twist.

Founder Dave Clouston and winemaker Sanna Stander are the driving force behind Black Cottage producing wines with local fruit from both Marlborough and Central Otago. This vibrant Sauvignon is full of fresh apricot, cucumber, gooseberry and tomato leaf on the nose. The lively palate is packed full of crunchy green apple, stone fruit and white pepper flavours with a delicious line of salinity and a refreshingly dry finish.

They say there’s no such thing as a free meal – but as you wind your way through wooded hills towards the tiny village of Cranborne, you might chance upon a charming rogue who says differently. For years, the Cranborne Poacher has roamed these parts, outwitting both authority and prey in pursuit of pilfered plums and a pheasant for his pot. Crystal and chocolate malts provide a full-bodied taste with sweet, complex flavours of damson and liquorice.

Born from the pioneering spirit of Paul Theakston who, in 1992, followed his heart and dared to start a new brewery. Brewed in Masham, North Yorkshire, this beer is the culmination of six generations of family brewing expertise. Crisp, dry and bittersweet.

4.4% ABV.

A rich, dark elixir with cascading layers of malt complexity balanced by elegant hops. Notes of toffee, caramel, graceful dark-malt roastiness, and the essence of barley. Lager fermentation leads to clean flavors and pinpoint conditioning. Semi-dry finish.

6.7% ABV

Hefe-Weißbier Non-Alcoholic has the same full wheat beer flavour as its big brother. Unfiltered, refreshing and vitalising. A great thirst quencher, which can turn a break in your day into a Bavarian taste experience.

0.0% ABV.

Cabbages & Kings Stout 12%

The Walrus did beseech. Cabbages & Kings, Imperial Oyster Stout, brewed with the more or less willing assistance of ten dozen fresh Te Matua Bay Pacific oysters, Horopito and Manuka smoked malt. Dark, certainly - and rich with just a suggestion of brine, a touch of smoke and a hint of native New Zealand pepper leaf.

Don’t be deceived, sometimes things are not what they seem. 

The modest strength on the can belies the flavour within. A complex selection of malts and generous dose of Sauvin and Simcoe hops create a light but satisfying beer that punches well above its weight.

Session IPA - 2.2% ABV

14.7% - Barrel Aged Rye Wine

Rye, it's a bastard to brew with, but it's worth it. This imperial strength rye blond, aged for three years in freshly emptied American bourbon barrels, pushes the boundries of what a beer can be. Velvet smooth, with the heat and vanilla-wood depth of a spirit, this brew is intentionally brewed with low carbonation and is best savoured unchilled. Enjoy with caution.
