Deep, brilliant old gold in the glass offering aromas of toffee, honey and cold tea. On the palate we find toffee, dried fruits and tea leaf, with a cleansing hint of spirit and old oak on the finish.

Château Rieussec’s Carmes de Rieussec is a Semillon dominant sweet wine from the Sauternais region of Graves, Bordeaux. The nose is jammy and complex with charming  marmalade notes. The palate is powerful and balanced, with great acidity complimenting notes of pineapple, honey and delicate spice. An excellent desert wine.

Fruity with a taste of fresh apple and grape. A warm and supple Armagnac that can be used in cocktails or for cooking.

Arneis and Pinot Gris sourced from the Dolce Vista vineyard. Hand harvested Arneis barrel fermented and aged. Pinot Gris fermented on skins and then pressed to seasoned oak. Blended and bottled after 12 months in barrel. Delicate white flowers and peach, intense citrus with minerality and rich texture.

100% Chardonnay from a region just to the southwest of Chablis, where there is still a fair bit of the much loved Kimmeridgean limestone, which gives the wines in this area the freshness and energy they are famous for. Lots of lime and lemon with just a touch of the exotic on the finish.

Vinification:
First fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to protect the delicate primary aromas of the Chardonnay. Light ageing on fine lees to perfect the structure of the wine and the base bubble. Then the “prise de mousse” is done in sparkling tanks with temperature control of 18-20° to create a fine texture, to reach a depth with a lot of aromatic sparkle at a pressure of 2.5 bars.

Alcohol:
12% Vol.

A blend of Cabernet franc and three Italian varieties, Sangiovese, Marzemino and Teroldego, wild fermented in oak barrels. 

Wonderful cherry fruit and fine floral aromas, perfectly balanced with flavours of wild berries and a long, crisp palate.

A very serious New Zealand Rose

This elegant red (100% Tannat) comes from 30 year old vines in the Madiran appellation, south-west France. The Chateau Aydie red is fine, elegant and complex on the nose, with a blend of black fruit and coffee aromas. A very rich attack is followed by a quite mature consistency and silky tannins. This is an exceptional Madiran, powerful and complex, with good ageing potential.

Juicy red with complex savoury notes following in the wake of lush berry flavours, made 100% from Cabernet Franc from Domaine Moly Saumur. This is a new producer for us in store at Regional and we're thrilled to bring this wine to you from French winemaker Etienne Moly, a respected producer in the Loire Valley, France. 

This is a sleek, detailed and fragrant, offering from Gaillard, one of the Northern Rhone's true stars.

Grapes from several parcels in the high country of Malleval, Chavanay, and Limony in the far north of the appellation go into this wine. The vines lie closer to Vienne and Condrieu than to Tournon-sur-Rhône in the south and Gaillard’s steep, cool soils have plenty of granite, which contributes to the mineral cut of this perfumed and vibrant Syrah. 

This is a richly textured and dry Pinot Gris. Aromas of pear and white peach are complemented by a subtle herbal character. Light, balanced acidity on the palate leads to a fresh, mineral finish.

This is an elegant and vibrant Chardonnay from internationally renowned Leeuwin Estate. The Prelude Vineyards wines are made from the most expressive fruit, with the intention that they will drink well soon after release. While being excellent to drink young, they retain great ageing potential. 

The nose is fragrant, with citrus and orchard fruit notes. On the palate, the wine shows ripe stone-fruit and gentle floral notes, with a light touch of vanilla. This is a juicy wine with bright, juicy acidity and a zesty finish. Given time, this wine will build in complexity and texture.
