Viven Champagner Weisse 4.8% 330ml -Belgium Beer

Viven Champagner Weissen was first launched during the 2018 holiday season as an answer to the standard dark, sweet and rather heavy end-of-year beers. This wheat beer is brewed with champagne yeast. This creates a spicy aftertaste and sparkling, but very fine carbonation.

Field Blend of Cider and Dessert Apples from Merophy's Orchard nestled in the Aniseed Valley. Barrel fermented and aged in white wine barrels for 10 months. Bottle conditioned on reserved juice for a well balanced light carbonation. An incredibly pretty and refined cider with notes of apple blossom, honey comb, lemon rind, and concord grapes. Tart crunchy mouthfeel and a nice balanced acidity keeps this cider moorish and fun. A celebration of the autumn harvest with family and friends and the ever evolving education in fermentation.

Authentic plum wine unique to Suntory, finished by adding whiskey that has been aged in a whiskey barrel to the plum wine that has been carefully aged in a whiskey barrel. It is characterized by a fragrant aroma reminiscent of vanilla and a gorgeous and profound taste derived from roasted barrels.

 It is recommended to drink rock or straight so that you can fully enjoy its deep taste and lingering finish.

Minimal oak influence ensures the purity of our Shiraz shines through, leading to a palate that is effortlessly lush and fruit-forward. A ripe, finely textured tannin structure provides a soft, lingering mouthfeel – a hallmark of this beautifully balanced 2022 vintage.

Our Zip Line Shiraz is named after the zip line cable ride at our vineyard, which generates endless laughter for all generations of the family – and much like this wine, it’s a smooth ride to the end.
