A super tasty, super smooth Pinot Noir made from grapes grown in Martinborough and vinified in Hawke’s Bay at Clearview Estate. This is a superb red fruited wine with its lively and youthfully fruity Pinot summer berry flavours. It’s great value for a wine that just sneaks in under $30. Clearview Estate Winery in Hawke’s Bay sourced grapes from Ferry Road in Martinborough to make this tasty Pinot Noir and this is the second time it’s been produced (2019 was the first). The wine was made at Clearview Estate with about 40% whole bunch fermentation, all wild fermented followed by aging in French oak, 18% new, for a year. 

About Clearview Estate

Clearview Estate is one of oldest, most well established wineries in Hawke's Bay and is situated on the Te Awanga Coast, south of Napier. It's a great place to visit for tastings at the cellar door as well as lunch in the dappled shade of the established courtyard area. The winery was founded by Tim Turvey, winemaker and co-owner. The current winemaker is the multi talented Matt Kirby.

Prophet Rock’s flagship Pinot Noir – Sourced from their ‘Home Vineyard’ on a steep, elevated terrace in the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago. Here, altitude, climate, soils and meticulous viticulture combine to produce Pinot Noir with stature and concentration. Careful cellaring will reward collectors over the next 10+ years.

Meticulous handling and low yield farming create an elegant, concentrated Riesling from Central Otago producer, Prophet's Rock. Vinification methods used in this wine draw heavily from Alsatian winemaking. This is a wine rich with lemon and floral notes, with an underlying mineral backbone.

Sea Foam V.2 is here! Few tweaks and changes since our out of the box smash debut release of Pet Nat - namely, a variety change. For the very first time, we?ve snagged some red hot Vermentino from the Riverland to make the core of this bubbly boi. We reckon it?s made the wine EVEN better.

Sea Foam is still as salty yet refreshing as ever. We took the bowl of nashi pears & green apples that were the core of the wine and added a touch more white nectarine, frangipani and a whiff of grassy freshness. Sea Foam is as close to the pure distillation of spring that we?ve ever released. Honestly, we?ve levelled up here. Sea Foam is like Terminator 2 - just that extra bit better. The Fifth Wave is Langmeil’s best old vine Grenache with its powerful flavours of dark cherries, red fruit, vanilla and a touch of green herbs, all combined in a gorgeous approachable red wine with a lingering finish and full body. 

Langmeil is owned by the Lindner family, which has been making wine for six generations in the Barossa Valley.

Disaronno Originale unbeknownst to most is not actually amaretto which is why it has been removed from it’s label. It is amaretto flavored, with a characteristic bittersweet almond taste. Disaronno claims its “originale” amaretto’s “secret formula” is unchanged from the year 1525, and claims the Luini tale as its own particular history. Its production remains in Saronno, but the product is sold worldwide. The company describes its amaretto as an infusion of “apricot kernel oil” with “absolute alcohol, burnt sugar, and the pure essence of seventeen selected herbs and fruits”; the product does not contain any almonds or other nuts.

Mt Etna is Europe's largest active volcano and the inspiration for the artwork on the label of this funky new, savoury flavoured, silky textured red from Etna. It's pale in colour with huge structure and earthy aromas supported by red fruit notes from the Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Capuccio grapes; famous for being grown only on Mt Etna. This wine is a relative newcomer for the Piccini family, a Tuscan based wine family who now own a vineyard called Scalunera on Mt Etna. 

The McManis Family Vineyards Chardonnay is light golden straw in color. Bright fruit aromas of Pear, Melon and Peach are accompanied by a bouquet of Vanilla, Hazelnut, and a hint of buttered popcorn. As with previous vintages, the wine is rich, creamy and full of sweet Pear, Banana and toasty oak flavors

Hogshead is made by South Australian winemakers Jim Zerella and Nicholas Crampton and is one of our best value Aussie Shirazes. It's dry with dark fruit flavours, a full body and spicy notes. A wine with a full body and smooth style. Tasty and great value.
