Unit price perKirsten and Richard Searle are great champions of Chenin Blanc in Gisborne and theirs is made with grapes from the Briant's vineyard in the Patutahi region just across the river from Matawhero. Aromas in this wine are all about rich citrus blossom, supported by white floral and honeysuckle flavours combined with fresh acidity and a medium body. A stunning alternative medium dry white - great drinking, lightly chilled, year round.
If you like a lighter style of Chardonnay, you'll love this tasty Gisborne white.

Unit price perTaylor’s Fine Ruby a blend of full bodied Port wines aged for around two years in large oak vats in Taylor’s cellars, or ‘lodges’, in Vila Nova de Gaia.
As they age, they gain smoothness and elegance while retaining their fruitiness, intensity and youthful ruby colour. They are then blended together for balance and consistency. With its firm tannins and concentrated fruitiness, Fine Ruby is perfect for the classic port-and-cheese combination.
It is particularly good with blue-veined and richly flavoured soft cheeses. It also pairs well with berry fruit and dark chocolate flavours and, like all red Ports, makes an excellent after dinner drink.

Unit price perFrom Jules Taylor...
Forget what you think you know about Pinot Gris and try this tasty little treat. Jules conjures up some winemaker witchcraft to coax every last ounce of personality out of this subtle little grape. Modern clones combine with traditional wild ferments, barrel aging and lees stirring to supercharge the aromas and textures of this wine. The end result is a flavour-packed mouthful of peach and citrus with an elegant spicy dry finish: a wine that will keep everyone happy.
Bold, dry deliciousness and peachy perfection with just a hint of hint of spice come together in the perfect party pour.
Form Jules Taylor...
Chardonnay is one of the unsung heroes of Marlborough but also a wine that can divide the room! Jules’ take on this variety is a far cry from the big buttery Chardonnay-bombs from the 1990s. Instead Jules prefers a wine with delicate freshness and attractive fruit flavours that express the vineyards in which they were grown. With only 10% new oak and a partial malolactic ferment, this elegant wine that will convert even the most die-hard chardonnay-basher!

Unit price perFrom Jules Taylor...
The signature dish. When Jules talks about Sauvignon Blanc, clouds part and celestial choirs sing. This is the wine Jules loves because it is so expressive of the site where it’s grown. It’s a grape that, within a row - and even within a bunch - has a mind-blowing range of full-throttle flavour, just the way Jules likes it.

Made using Zoncello Limoncello and sparkling wine, this is a vibrant limoncello spritz with notes of lemon sherbet and is reminiscent of ice cold sorbet in a glass. Fresh and bright with a gentle fizz. Perfect for sunny days and friends. This is a refreshing drop best served chilled over ice.
Process
The Limoncello has been handmade from locally sourced lemons, steeped in alcohol for two months to extract all the wonderful citrus aromas.
Sugar was then added and allowed to rest for another two months.
Sparkling wine was then added to the Limoncello and the sugar levels reduced.
Citric acid was then added to ensure the final product was fresh and zingy.
