Following a trio of limited release hits, Awesome Mix West Coast IPA has been inducted into our core range! The newest mix takes cues from each of its earlier iterations, delivering a massive, hoppy hit from the all-American hops used, with bold notes of pine resin, twisted citrus peel, ripe tropical and stone fruit, and a pleasing hint of herbs.

Best Bitter blends five speciality malts to give the ideal balance of sweetness, providing well rounded toffee and biscuit characteristics. This is in combination with just the right amount of hops to accent the bitterness, and give a fruity, earthy aroma without dominating this malt-driven beer.

1 x Chasing Hazy • 5.2%
Chasing Hazy is our answer to the call for a hazy that delivers everything loved about this style of beer. Our brewers have crafted a juicy hop bomb, that delivers big on the citrus, passionfruit and stone-fruit notes. Sitting at 5.2%, it’s thirst-quenching and easy-drinking, but brings you that unmistakable hazy flavour and mouthfeel – a distinctively soft, smooth body and just the right amount of bitterness.

Pinner Pilsner is a Tavern favourite – try it once and it’s easy to see why. It’s an aromatic, crisp, and hop-forward New Zealand Pilsner, sitting at a sessionable 4.8% ABV. A great example of what a New Zealand style Pilsner should be, showcasing crisp citrus and juicy tropical fruit characters.

This golden, refreshing beer conjures up a fruity hop aroma, supported by a good malt balance. We’ve left behind the high hop bitterness of a typical pilsner, to create an easy-drinking (and award-winning) style. Extremely sessionable, The O.G. Pilsner has earned itself a solid reputation in our core range.

2 x 330ml The G.O.A.T Doppelbock • 7.9%

Six quality malts give this smooth, full-bodied German-style Doppelbock a dark almost black colour and a rich, dominant malt aroma and sweetness. It has a warming but soft, smooth mouth feel, whilst the aroma is toasted and biscuity with delicate hints of caramel. We reckon this multi-award winning Doppelbock might just be The Greatest of All Time – and the judges agree.

Moa St Josephs is a classic Belgian Tripel. Strong spice, caramel and banana ester characters create complex flavours and aromas which are heightened by its extended bottle conditioning period. The combination of bittering hops, malt and candy sugars compliment the high alcohol content and integrate into a very approachable and drinkable Tripel.

9.1% ABV.

Timorasso is often called the “white Barolo” and this grape produces a white wine with great potential for aging.

The soil in the Tortona area is sandy clay and the vineyard aspect is South, South west at about 250-450m. the vines are trained to Guyot with ten buds per plant at 4.500 vines per hectare.  All grapes are handpicked around the end of September followed by 6 hours of cryo-maceration. Fermentation is in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with followed by 6 months on fine lees.

The end result is a super complex minerally driven wine, full-bodied on the palate with fresh citrus and tropical fruit notes leading to a mineral finish.

This spicy North Canterbury Pinot Noir was made from grapes grown along terraces on the banks of the Waipara River with wild yeast fermentation and hand plunging before  10 months maturation in French oak barriques. 

The region's naturally low cropping levels provide concentrated flavours in the grapes, which translate to an expressively savoury wine with smooth silky notes.

Nero D'Avola is Sicily's big red success story; it's the most planted grape on this large Mediterranean island and also the most popular in terms of taste and style, delivering consistency juicy, plump, rounded and refreshing deeply coloured red wines from low priced to premium, such as this wine.

Caruso Nero is also organically certified and punches above its weight, delivering beautiful fragrant aromatic appeal and smooth, rich flavours right now, but also has the ability to age for up to 10 years, improving and evolving into a spicy, complex red over time.
