A wonderfully balanced expression from the core Caol Ila range, this 18 year old is malty and thick with notes of Caol Ila smoke and phenols, a lovely Islay single malt without extreme levels of peat.

Nose: Aromatic, darkness. Herbal, vegetal. Grassy, creamy malt.

Palate: Big, refined sweetness, leafy. Well integrated oak, smoke, oily, peat. Barley.

Finish: Long, herbal notes, gentle smoke, soft peat. Oily wood.

A limited edition bottling of Scallywag blended malt from Douglas Laing, released in celebration of the company's 70th anniversary. The fact that this expression is a 10 year old blended malt is not a coincidence - in dog years, it would be 70 year old. The cheeky fox terrier on the label even has the monocle to prove it.

Rock Island Sherry Edition is a marriage of Single Cask Single Malts distilled on the revered islands of Islay, Arran, Jura and Orkney, matured exclusively in Spanish Sherry casks. Rock Island is a subtle, smoky and sweet celebration of the sea. Part of the Remarkable Regional Malts range, the ultimate distillation of Scotland’s Malt Whisky Regions.

The finger limes highlight the Asian spices like coriander and star anise, and are complemented by the fresh ginger. Then turmeric adds weight to the palate and a fresh but earthy quality, not unlike dill.

The resulting gin has lifted aromatics of lime curd, pine needles, and fragrant spices with a vanilla character which pulls it all together. The palate is intense - sweet and juicy - but it is still very clean.

Peckham's - Fresh berry against a structured cider background, with no added sugar.  This cider captures the aroma and taste of fresh, whole, Nelson boysenberries.  It's probably the only berry cider you will find made from 100% Juice.

5.4% ABV.

Reposado is "Rested or aged for 11 months (9 more than category standards) which gives this tequila its deep copper color and exceptionally smooth taste.

An interesting view of a typically heavier Speyside dram, this expression from Benromach has been triple distilled, a style very rarely seen in Scotch Whisky. Matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks filled in 2011, the nose offers a basket of tropical fruits, with fresh vanilla pods and baked biscuits. The palate brings a trip to the orchard, with ripe green apples and pears in the spotlight, backed by touches of banana and clover honey. Soft smoke and citrus leave you wanting more...

Highland Nectar is a brand new liqueur from the fine folk at Elixir Distillers, made from the marriage of Scotch whisky with infusions of bitter orange, star anise, nutmeg, vanilla, ginger and cinnamon. The character of the ex-sherry cask matured Highland whiskies used shines through, contrasting the syrup and all-natural spice flavours. A deliciously old-school and traditional style of whisky liqueur.

This limited edition Arran Single Malt has been specially selected by our Distillery Manager to be bottled at 17 years old. This rare and stand-alone edition shines a different light on our precious Single Malt, aged in a mixture of first and second-fill sherry hogsheads and first-fill bourbon barrels.

We serve our whisky at 46% ABV which means it stands up well to dilution. We never add caramel or strip flavour out using chill filtration.

Jam packed with Citra, Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin, with only Whirlpool and Double Dry Hop additions, this Crazy Hazy has a rich body balanced with tropical Fruit Flavours of Pineapple, Mango and Passionfruit with a hint of Pine and a mild bitterness.
