Bushmills 14yo is triple-distilled and undergoes a special maturation process. The single malt whiskey is first matured in first and second fill bourbon barrels and then refined for 12 months in rare Malaga wine barrels. The finish gives the whiskey its ruby red colour and flavours of exotic summer fruits, which are combined with warm and spicy wood notes.

To craft The GlenAllachie Wine Series, we first expertly matured our spirit in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels. Subsequently, the whisky underwent additional maturation for over two years in wine barriques skillfully sourced by Master Distiller Billy Walker, imparting a distinctive twist onto the GlenAllachie spirit.

With the country?s highest wine classification as a Denomina??o de Origem Controlada (DOC), this historic region is a significant producer of robust, characterful red wines. The barriques selected have imparted richness of both colour and flavour to our Speyside malt, offering decadent layers of dried stone fruits and delicate hints of warming spice.

The second winery established in Tuscany?s renowned Bolgheri area, The Grattamacco Estate produces wines with a signature style of elegance. Complementing our fruit-forward Speyside spirit, maturation in these barriques have created a palate rich with juicy blackcurrant and sweet tannins. Truly embodying the complexities of the red wine previously held in each cask, the resulting whisky offers up honeyed elegance with a well-balanced finish.

Big on flavour, low in the use of sulphur. This biodynamic wine comes from Domaine de Causse Marines in the Gaillac appellation in southern France. The blend is 50% Mauzac, 20% Loin de l’Oeil, 20% Muscadelle and 10% each of Chenin and Semillon, all of which combine to create a complex, nuanced white which offers a nutty, stonefruit nose and palate of apricot and green apple notes. Its fresh acidity adds great length.

Domaine Joblot is credited for putting the Givry region back on the Burgundy map with its high quality Pinot Noir. The fruit is meticulously picked and vinified. 

This Pinot shows great finesse and charm. The nose is fresh and fruity, with cherry and raspberry notes. Earthiness and gentle oak on the palate are complemented by red fruit notes. This is a medium bodied Pinot with moderate tannins and a balanced finish,

Commercial Description

Our Ballochdale Vineyard in Marlborough is soul food for everyone who visits. its isolation, elevation and breath taking views simply fill you up. Our beautifully structured Sauvignon captures its special character with every sip. Flavours reminiscent of limes and nettle flowers with hints of green melon all wrapped around a  delicious acidity and natural fruit ripeness.

Close your eyes and think of warm sunshine and snowy mountain peaks. This wine takes you there.

Rogue Wave 330ml 4 Pack Cans

Rising from the depths is a Rogue Wave, our new core-range IPA.  Like our previous IPA, the inspiration comes from tradition, but, we have used Gladfield Supernova in place of Crystal Malt.  The grain bill offers colour and depth without too much sweetness.  A trio of Aussies hops, Galaxy, Eclipse and Vic Secret lay down layers of pine, tangerine, papaya and melon.  A lingering but unoffensive bitterness makes it an easy choice for a session.

ABV: 6%

The 2021 Le Difese is redolent of crushed red berry fruit, rose petal, lavender, spice and sweet pipe tobacco. Medium in body yet nicely layered, the 2021 is impeccably balanced. It is also a sheer delight to taste at this early stage. In many vintages, Le Difese is a fruity, forward wine, but the 2021 has a nervy feeling of classicism that is hugely appealing. It's one of my favorite recent vintages. As it has been for some time, Le Difese is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate and Sangiovese purchased from several properties in Chianti Classico, with the energy of Sangiovese very much driving the feel in this vintage.

Reinventing the OG of DVB Hazy Brews - A lineage of constant improvement and development. Reintroducing: Juicy Two Shoes - 6.2% New England IPA

When we talked as a team about bringing back Juicy Two Shoes, we decided we were keen to keep the same delicious hops, but improve a few tweaks here and there for the process as we have learned over the years. We now have better schedules of Dryhopping, getting more fruity aromas out of it, and improving the body to be more silky smooth and lighter through pilsner malt vs ale malt ratios.

IMAGINATION - Distilled in an  8 plate fractionating column still.  Juniper and coriander are complemented by the leafy earthiness of manuka to create the heart of this gin.  Whole New Zealand oranges and lemons add a refreshing citrus aroma and cinnamon and licorice leave a sweet lingering spice finish.

Each label tells the story of the ingredients, the place or the people behind what's in the bottle.  This label was inked by Juse from Taupou Tatau tattoo studio, Wellington, New Zealand.

Pineapple sour concentrate 600ml

This is a collaboration with “pine-ame” (pineapple candy) - an icon of the Osaka region.

Mix with soda water at a 1:4 ratio - one 600ml bottle of concentrate makes 3 litres of pine-ame sours.

Pine-ame (pineapple candy) was launched in Osaka in 1951 and has been loved by locals for over 70 years. It evokes the retro vibes of the post-war Showa period. It’s no exaggeration to say that basically everyone in the Kansai (Osaka) region knows about Pine-ame. And there’s been a recent surge in its popularity across Japan, thanks to collaborations with the likes of the champion Hanshin Tigers baseball team.
