Grand Cru is a speciality beer carefully crafted by St Feuillien Brewery. This extra-blond amber nectar masterpiece undergoes refermentation in the bottle, resulting in a beer endowed with unforgettable character. The secret lies in the unique combination of the most noble hops and the finest aromatic ingredients. Grand Cru differs from other beers by its absence of spices and a traditional dry hopping with Styrian Golding hops in bloom. Its full, white head is light and frothy, and when poured it creates a subtle lace effect. The very pale colour of Grand Cru lends clarity and brilliance to its body. Kasteel Tropical 0.0 – tropical vibes, zero alcohol. The link to the original Kasteel Tropical is unmistakable: a vibrantly golden specialty beer with a thick head and a tropical flavour palette. The inviting passion fruit aroma gives way a refreshing non-alcoholic speciality beer, brewed with mango, passion fruit, peach and pineapple.

The Gueuze Tilquin à l’ancienne  is a spontaneous fermentation beer obtained from the blending of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, it is re-fermented in the bottle for a minimum period of 6 months. The lambics used were fermented and matured in our own oak barrels at the blendery. They are made from worts brewed by Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon.

The taste is tart and dry but has a certain roundness that makes this Gueuze à l’ancienne particularly accessible for non-experts. It will also delight fans of the genre for its sweet complexity. It also has a slight dry bitterness because of the youth of the oak barrels used, as they still release some tannins. It has a fresh lemony nose.

One for lovers of sweet cherries with intense aromas and flavours of malt and red fruits. Surprisingly easy to drink with hints of pepper and spice.

From time to time, we still get surprised by some of the results after blending lambikken. Like this Golden Doesjel. While it was intended to be a Golden Blend, and despite the use of very potent jonge lambikken, the fermentation in the bottle did not continue. And it remained flat.

This blend was made with lambikken from three barrels, originating from three brews with three different brewers (of which 50% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik). A nice gentle sipper.

This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness. All these features make it an excellent and very drinkable beer.

BAPTIST is brewed on the occasion of the opening of Bar Baptist at the Van Steenberge brewery and as a tribute to Jan Baptist de Bruyne, who founded the brewery in 1784. This refreshing white beer with a touch of herbs is perfect to enjoy on a summer evening!

This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation – very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St-Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period. Whether served as a refreshing aperitif in summer or savoured during the winter months, the Triple is a connoisseur’s beer par excellence

The king of the abbey beers. Brewed since 1074 by the Formula Antiqua Renovate. 

The beer is a classic Belgian Tripel style.  Typical Belgian yeast aromas and a glowing dark golden body identify this as Belgium’s quintessential beer.

It is amber-gold and pours with a deep head and original aroma, delivering a complex, full bodied flavour with inviting sweetness of tropical fruits, giving way to a peppery spice and strong and dry, bitter finish.  And the beer hides it's alcohol all too well!

Avec Les Bons Voeux is a strong farmhouse ale from the famous Brasserie Dupont. This is an intensely aromatic beer with hints of lemon, pepper, banana and clove. Imagine something between a tripel and a traditional saison.
