Ben Ryé 2023 has a golden colour with bright amber tints. Intense bouquet with typical notes of dried grapes, apricot, citrus fruit and candied orange peel, followed by hints of Mediterranean maquis. Fruity and balsamic notes in the mouth together with sweet hints of honey. Intense and persistent, it stands out for its good balance of freshness and sweetness

A native variety from France, a mutation of Pinot Noir. Small, cylindrical, compact bunch. Grey-blue, bloom-covered grapes; small, three-lobed leaves. The wine: Strong straw yellow colour. This wine opens with an aromatic bouquet. Fresh aromas of white pulp fruit, accompanied by light floral notes, foreshadow a rich and enveloping sip. This Pinot Grigio is characterised by delicate minerality, balanced by lively acidity that lends freshness to the wine.

Merry Monk - Belgian Tripel - 9.1% This Belgian Tripel is a bold, scandalously traditional classic that refuses to play it safe, holding onto its secrets tighter than a blowing robe on a windy Wellington day. This monk isn’t going to reveal everything until you get it into your glass to breathe a bit. Dry, effervescent, and stronger than it tastes, it is a decadent, high-gravity, relaxed adventure. Flavours: A straightforward, 100% European Bestmalz Pilsner malt base is lightened with clear candi sugar to keep the body dry and dangerously drinkable at 9.1% ABV. Fermented with WLP530 Abbey Ale yeast, it delivers a deep, spicy ester profile of cherry, plum and pear, while late additions of bitter dried orange peel bring a bright citrus lift. Mild, delicate Saaz hops linger in the background, providing a soft floral touch and a clean bitterness to balance the sweetness.
