Our own Sundog, a pilsner starring the vivid passionfruit and white wine notes of New Zealand hops, is much easier to find, but just as crisp and bright.

Barrel Rested Slow Blueberry

DESCRIPTION : Made our way, Made Slow. Not with sloe berries but using beautiful local Blueberries. in a  Sloe Gin Method. Steeped and pressed with TimE and Patience. A classic rich Sweet tone.  But we weren’t done there. Reaching out to Alexia Winery in Martinbrough we used a Cabernet Franc Barrel to further layer this gin. It all comes together with Terroir, Richness, and Lush with A Rebel Spirit. Beautiful. Bold and Limited. to 250 bottles.

Notes : Berry Jam, Deep Cherry and sweet wood

Finish: Rich wood and mellow port feel, tannic finish with more berry fullness.

Panhead - Pours pale gold like dawn on a summers day. It’s also a bit hazy obviously. Citrus and tropical aromas come jumping out of the glass with orange, mango and stonefruit notes all along for the ride. A soft and silking mouthfeel with more of those juicy fruit notes is balanced but a pithy grapefruit zest bitterness and clean refreshing finish.

An easy eski companion, inspired by an iconic ride. Tropical. Juicy. A southern hemisphere sun chaser. Drop the tailgate, catch rays and recline in a wagon built for sha… sharing.

5.2% ABV.

Pinot Gris for the Exiled comes from the St Helena clone of Pinot gris grown on both Waiheke and Ponui Islands. Lightly crushed and pressed then settled in tank before being racked with light solids into tank for fermentation. A mixture of un-inoculated and cultured yeast ferments are used with each vineyard fermenting slowly until the desired balance of acid, tannin and sugar is reached. The wines are then chilled to below zero to stop the fermentation before blending, the blend is held at low temperatures in the cellar until bottling to retain as much of the natural carbon dioxide as possible.

Laurent-Perrier Brut NV is enjoyed for its creamy softness which comes from Chardonnay, the dominant grape in this elegant sparkling wine.

The Laurent-Perrier Champagne house was founded in 1812 and is the main company of the Laurent-Perrier Group, whose other flagship brands include the houses of Salon, De Castellane and Delamotte. Laurent-Perrier Group also acquired Chateau Malakoff in 2004.

Lovely dry, full bodied French Chardonnay, made by Cave de Lugny, a cooperative of over 250 winemakers in the Macon region in southern Burgundy. The Macon region is the warmest area of the world's most famous Chardonnay wine region and provides high quantities of grapes to make accessibly priced, very good quality dry whites like this one. 

Panhead - Hops are where it starts for the born-again craft head and Supercharger APA is where Panhead delivers. This is an all-American show with Centennial, Citra and Simcoe overwhelming your nose, kicking you in the taste buds and departing with more bitterness than a Palm Springs divorce. It's a seriously addictive combination.
