This Mead is fermented with the natural yeast from the Raspberries and is named after the Valkyrie K?ra whose name translates as the wild. It is said the Valkyries take courageous warriors that have died in battle to the halls of the Gods to drink mead and prepare for Ragnar?k. Whether you?re looking for a fruity treat for a hot afternoon or preparing to fight in the biggest battle the world has ever seen?..this is the mead for you.

Pale Ales are known for being aromatic with a balance of a lighter body with some maltiness and mellow bitterness.  Taking the concept from the Hazy IPAs we triple dryhopped our Sippin' on Sunshine to bring out the juiciness while having a lighter body and pleasant crisp finish.  Mosaic and Sultana hops contribute to tropical notes while NZ Southern Cross creates a refreshing lemon flavor!

Imagination is stoked to be able to gather wild wakame for this gin from the coast of Wellington and Wairarapa.
