Karikari Estate Winery is situated on the captivating Karikari Peninsula in Northland and is NZ's most northerly winery. The region’s unique climate, location and weather conditions combine to produce high quality wines from Chardonnay, Pinotage and Syrah amongst the favoured varieties.

This deep rich wine offers aromas of spice, smoky oak, blueberry and brambles complexed with dark chocolate notes. Smooth and sweet on the entry with delicate flavours of berries wrapped in rich tannins.

A fruit punch of a beer with aromas of coconut, passionfruit and pineapple from Solero, Talus and Pacifica hops.

Soils:
Rognacian limestone sandstone slopes rich in bauxite for Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aspect facing the Mediterranean.

Grape varieties:
45% Syrah, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Grenache

Vinification
100% destemming. Traditional, slow maceration (approximately 20 days), temperature 25 to 32°C. Regular pumping over and rack and return.

Yield
40 to 45 hl/ha.

Leonor by Antonio Flores is described as the wild child of Jerez. Due to its mysterious ageing process it could be described as similar to an Amontillado on the nose and similar to an Oloroso on the palate. Leonor shows a light mahogany colour with golden tones and slightly orange rim. On the nose intense and complex with typical Amontillado notes such as hazelnuts perfectly balanced with other aromas such as bitter orange and mature oak. On the palate powerful and intense with toasted notes yet smooth and silky.

This beauty is a beautiful cinnamon and brioche spice infused cider. With notes of dried fruit, apples, heaps of cinnamon and warm brioche. This little dessert cider will warm your hearts.

You can enjoy this cider cold and refreshing, or warm her up with a bit of rum for a beautiful mulled cider cocktail.

Jagermeister, meaning hunt master, is a German bitter liqueur. Tracing its roots back to the seventh century Jagermeister Herb Liqueur is made of a complex blend of 56 herbs, fruits and spices. Popular as a shot and in cocktails it should be served icy cold.source: anybooze.com

The older Barossa Valley vineyards typically yield fruit of concentrated flavour and soft, supple and velvety tannins that set them apart from the younger stuff. The Ebenezer block gives this wine its dark core and its muscle, with the fruit from Williamstown providing elegance, fragrance and spice. There’s plenty of blackberry, black satsuma plum, black cherry and cassis with great intensity and length.

Our refreshingly hoppy, grapefruity flagship IPA is named after a moor close to England’s highest village, and was once roamed by some pretty edgy characters including counterfeiters, prize fighters and hawkers. And maybe still is.
