Unit price perYoowe Bacanora is made in the state of Sonora, Mexico, from maguey Pacifica (Agave Angustifolia), which is also known as Yaquiana locally. The agave is cooked in a traditional underground oven with mesquite and oak. After a wild fermentation, there are two distillations in stainless/copper stills.
This is a spirit that the Yaqui Indians have been making in Sonora for some time. This is really rare. Aromas of pepper, earth and saline. The palate is complex and clean with minerals integrated with spice, notes of salt and mint. The palate is deceptively smooth, and oh so enjoyable!
ABV: 46%

Unit price perGreat classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with freshness and tropical fruit aromas tempered by a nervy backbone of bright acidity that runs through each vibrant, summery sip of this fruit forward wine. Complex notes come through in a creamy mid palate, which is an expression of lees contact post fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This adds richness and breadth to the wine as well as length of flavour.
Forrest Estate Sauvignon Blanc is made from a blend of grapes grown on four vineyards located around Renwick in the Wairau River Valley. Whilst all
have their own characteristics, they share in common the Wairau plains, gravel rich, free draining and devigourating soil profile. This classical Marlborough terroir is critical in achieving the smaller berries and lower cropping levels needed to produce premium Sauvignon Blanc.

Unit price perScoundrels and Rogues - Sometimes, bigger is better. Made by the most irrepressible Scoundrels and Rogues in North Canterbury, this Pear cider was made from the contents of only a few pear trees, fermented in barrels, and then promptly forgotten about for six months. It gives new meaning to the term rustic, as it's made in a very traditional French farmhouse style, with a strong pear character. You may love it, you may hate it, but i'm not sure i'm too bothered either way.
This Pear cider is rustic and funky, but you'll get over it.

This pre-made bottled Bellini is made with sparkling wine and peach nectar. It has a wonderful bold flavour of peach, which is present on the nose and carries through on the palate, offering a soft creamy texture with the gentle fizz. The flavours are delightful on the taste buds and linger slightly. A delightful way to begin a meal.
Process
Grapes were machine pressed. The pressed juice was then chilled and allowed to clarify for 3 days. The clear juice was racked off lees and transferred to the fermentation tank. The lees were filtered and combined with the rest of the juice. The juice was warmed to 15 degrees celsius and yeast added. The ferment was complete after 17 days and kept at 17-18 degrees and allowed to warm to 20 degrees towards the end to ensure completeness. The base wine was then cold stabilised and filtered, now ready to be converted into a Bellini.

Unit price perTHE STORY OF TROOPER Real ale fan and history aficionado Bruce Dickinson, Maiden's vocalist, played a major role in developing the unique flavour of the beer, entailing ongoing visits to Robinson’s brewery in Stockport. "I'm a lifelong fan of traditional English ale; I thought I'd died and gone to heaven when we were asked to create our own beer. I have to say that I was very nervous: Robinsons are the only people I have had to audition for in 30 years. Their magic has been to create the alchemical wedding of flavour and texture that is TROOPER. I love it."
ABOUT THE BREWER Based in the heart of Stockport for almost two centuries, and owning 300 tenanted and managed pubs, inns and hotels across the North West, ‘Robinsons’ is one of oldest and most respected names in British brewing history. A proud family of independent brewers, Robinsons is one of the most advanced and sophisticated breweries in the UK, with a worldwide reputation for real ale. It’s also home to the largest hopnik in the world. From here we apply decades of experience to create exciting new varieties and choices of flavour that will lead us towards our next award-winning beer."
