While California's Napa Valley is best known for its wine, it has become home to two distilleries in recent years. One of these is Loch & Union Distilling. Founded by Colin Baker and Chris Andrews, the centerpiece of their operation is a custom German-built set of stills. 

Loch & Union Barreled Gin is a limited barrel series celebrating the marriage between spirit, botanical, and oak. This unique spirit has a weighted creamy texture and is met with warm baking spices. Notes of butter, brown sugar, and caramel linger on the finish.

Modern American Dry Gin. Batch distilled just twice in alembic stills, using 100% apple wine from fresh-pressed apple juice. No neutral spirits are used in the distillation.

Hand-crafted alembic distilled gin finished in orange curaçao barrels using 100% apple wine from fresh pressed apple juice & orange blossom honey in American made copper pot stills. No neutral spirits are used in the double distillation of this unique American style craft gin.

Crushed whole juniper berries together with honey & Seville bitter orange peels, sweet orange and grapefruit peels, coriander, cardamom, grains of paradise, are macerated in apple brandy low-wine, then redistilled together with vapor distilled Seville blood orange peels, sweet orange peels and jasmine in the gin basket.

Sun soaked warm orange underpinned by a tropical brightness. Juicy, orange flesh, marmalade, crisp and not sweet with a touch of tart. Hints of exotic spice. Extra smooth, with accessible balance. Rich, lightly creamy & viscous. A deluxe super-premium gin.

This incredible gin is the exact same recipe as the traditional Loch & Union gin with one major difference. Rather than use a neutral grain spirit like 99% of all gins, they take the low wines from their single malt production and charge the gin still with that instead. The results are a fabulously creamy, nutty, granola type backbone for a super fresh classic set of botanicals. It makes one spectacular martini and offers a really fun new twist to all of your other classics. This kind of creativity makes it one the most unique gins on the shelf without being so esoteric that you never actually want to drink it!

Carlos Moreno's family has been linked to mezcal since the beginning of the 20th century. In 2009, Carlos resumed the family tradition and teamed up with 5th generation maestro mezcalero Pedro Hernandez to create Koch El Mezcal de Oaxaca, with the goal of preserving and promoting mezcal culture. After 10 years of business, they've now integrated more than 15 communities and 50 producing families into their collective. Each batch will vary, so check your bottle for details.

Koch Coyote is made from wild maguey Coyote, which is a rather rare variety. This mezcal is made by mezcalero Pedro Hernandez in San Baltazar Guelavila. It has a round mouth feel and herbal flavor notes with hints of light fruit tones.  It is both sweet and spicy

It's entirely probable that Rusty Blade invented the contemporary category of barrel-aged gin in 2005. They rested their Blade Gin, made from 88% wheat spirit and 12% California brandy, for 15 months in French Limousine oak barrels that previously held wine. The juniper and citrus notes already present in the gin became aromas of baking spice and cloves, with hints of vanilla and a rounded mouthfeel.

This gin is all about Chardonnay, which is combined here with classic and modern gin botanicals. These include juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamom, coriander, all beautifully balanced by the big body and weight of Chardonnay, hence the name Blanc de Blancs - white of whites. It’s code for great whites in the wine world and now too in the spirit one.

As a higher ABV gin, there's more botanical flavour in the bottle. It's a botanical blast of flavour with a luxurious mouthfeel. 

Developed through meticulous bartender and consumer feedback, Southern Strength Gin uses our Triple Juniper process and elevates the lemon peel, coriander seed and angelica root.

It uses exactly the same number of botanicals as Triple Juniper Gin, just in different ratios.

Our distillery is located in South Australia and this particular gin is richer than most, sitting at 52% ABV, giving inspiration for the name 'Southern Strength'

A medium level of clouding occurs when mixed due to elevated botanical oils.

The Cotswolds Distillery in Stourton is up and running - hooray! This is their Cotswolds Dry Gin, made with juniper, coriander and angelica root macerated in their pure wheat spirit for 24 hours. Following this, they add a botanical selection including bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, cardamom seed and Cotswolds lavender to their carter head still for distillation. To bring it down to bottling strength, a robust 46% ABV, they use naturally refined Cotswolds water.

Nose: Light, floral juniper blends well with the Cotswolds lavender. This soon gives way to the vibrant grapefruit peel and warming cardamom.

Palate: Opening with grapefruit, fresh juniper and black pepper, followed by herbaceous notes of bay leaf, coriander and angelica. More lavender brings a bright, delicate character to the full-bodied gin.

Finish: Refreshingly clean on the palate, with lime and bay leaf.

Made using barley grown on Macallan's Speyside estate, distilled once a year in a single week, this single malt has been matured exclusively in sherry seasoned oak butts and hogsheads.
