$79.99
Unit price perA lightly coloured young, extremely peaty whisky from an unnamed distillery somewhere in Scotland. It's got the rampant smoke you'd expect from a beastly named whisky as well as a pleasant, citrussy fresh fruitiness. The packaging is pretty striking too, with a scary monster and a (deliberately) singed label. Bottled at 46% and un-chillfiltered, just how we like 'em
46% ABV
This eight year old expression was aged in ex-pot still Caribbean rum casks - a first for the distillery. It's a big whisky served at 57.9% with smoke, fruit and the distillery's trademark peppery spice and meatiness all singing in harmony. Smoke, molasses and stewed tropical fruits on the nose align nicely with the palate leading to a feisty, spicy finish.

Unit price perBombay Sapphire has followed up its English Estate with a marvellous special edition London dry gin inspired by delicate warmth and golden orange glow of the setting sun ? appropriately titled Bombay Sapphire Sunset! This expression has been treated to an infusion of Indian white cardamom, turmeric, Murcian sun-dried mandarin peel, creating a softly spicy flavour profile highlighted by flashes of bittersweet citrus. Just the ticket for enjoying in a G&T while watching the sun set.
TASTING NOTE - Aromatic spiciness of cardamom and piney juniper, with wafts of floral angelica and fragrant turmeric sneaking in. Zesty orange builds along the way, remaining a constant feature of the flavour profile.
$75.99
Unit price perAn unabashedly new wave gin, where orange and lemon take the Oscar for best supporting actor.
Your first note will be bold citrus which gives way to soft juniper, finally flowing into a welcome ginger note that tails off and leaves you with the anticipation of taking your next sip.
Pot distilled to maximise the flavour, using the authentic London Dry method - with only water added after distillation.
This gin can be enjoyed on ice, or if you fancy G&T's then it's recommended to pair with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic, Grapefruit Tonic or Grapefruit Soda. The recommended garnishes are a fresh lime slice, celery cut or fresh mint/lemon balm. It goes equally well in a cocktail too, to make the ultimate versatile gin.

Unit price perThe oldest of three Royal Brackla single malts launched in 2015. Distillation at Royal Brackla is slow, with plenty of reflux and this whisky is matured in Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is a rich whisky with notes of dark chocolate, anise and sweet summer berries.
This 18 year old single malt is part of a series of six Tobermory expressions originally bottled exclusively for Germany. Aged in bourbon casks, it has a light, fresh and floral nose accompanied by notes of oak, maple syrup and sea salt on the palate.
$342.99
Unit price perThis is a 21 year old unpeated single malt from Tobermory, which has enjoyed 3 years finishing in oloroso sherry casks before being bottled.
The nose offers clove-studded orange, dark chocolate, florals and vanilla leading to a palate of prunes walnuts and dark chocolate and a long spice and leather finish.
$130.99
Unit price perIt's called Dark Oak for a reason and that reason is maturation in a combo of oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximenez sherry and bourbon casks. Auchentoshan are famous for their light, triple distilled, Lowland style... but here it combines beautifully with the wood influence and the result is a single malt packed full of stewed fruit and warming Christmas spice notes.
