A velvet, creamy stout packing notes of chocolate, vanilla and coffee. Brewed with lactose and a robust malt blend, this milk stout offers a satisfying sweetness that cuts against a light bitterness, brought together through an irresistible velvet texture.

Wellingtonian John Porter is a lawyer by day and winemaker by night, at least that's how his small production Pinot Noirs began life when he and his family first planted vines in Martinborough in 1992. 

This wine drinks beautifully now at five years old with fresh, delicate red fruit flavours over a core of savoury complexity and great structure providing length and texture to this wine. We think it represents great value for money and still has further time to evolve in the bottle, for those with the willpower to do so.

All the grapes in this wine were hand picked, fermented in small tanks and aged in French oak with a modest proportion of new oak. 

A silky and full stout from one of the fastest growing local craft beer breweries Panhead. They've specially imported caramelized oats to give this stout body and texture, it's big but balanced as is generally the case with anything from Panhead.

A stout brewed with the addition of lactose sugar and a small dose of Dominican cacao nibs during fermentation.  The result is deliciously balanced, soft and creamy, with a toasty, dark chocolate finish.

Blackbeard Coffee Stout is a result of a long term relationship with our friends and neighbours from Little Drum Coffee. We used huge amounts of carefully hand selected Brazilian single origin coffee beans, along with dark speciality malts. To deliver espresso flavours and aromas with hints of bitter dark chocolate and toffee with medium but rich complex body.

A perfect beer to enjoy not only on colder winter nights but all year around, for all of the coffee and dark beer lovers out there!

Martinborough Pinot Noir at its best with earthy aromas, dried red fruit flavours and freshness. Kereru is the brainchild of lawyer-winemaker, John Porter, who donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of every bottle of Kereru Pinot Noir towards the upkeep and maintenance of a block of restored land with the aim of retaining its restoration into native forest for future generations.

This is a lighter Pinot style which still possesses lovely ripe fruit, gentle spice and driving acidity.

A classic double stout from a recipe discovered in the vaults of Britain's oldest brewer.  This beer combines the complex flavours and characteristics of pale ale, roasted crystal and chocolate malts with the finest kilned roasted barley.

This magnificent example of a classic double stout delivers a velvety-smooth palate of dry, burnt flavours complemented by roast, cocoa and coffee notes.  Black, creamy and delicious, it is a Shepherd Neame masterpiece.
