Together with Miami’s J. Wakefield, we previously brewed Brush, and in the U.S., Eton Mess Brush was released. Now, we can offer a barrel-aged version of Eton Mess Brush that has been aged in bourbon barrels and barrels from Norwegian Midsummer Hot Sauce.

Circinae adds plenty of peanuts, peanut butter-covered pretzels, Papau New Guinea vanilla, cacao nibs, and honey atop the Accipiter stout base.
Pitch black with a tan head, Circinae releases aromas of deep chocolate fudge and spoons of skippy peanut butter. Balanced flavors of chocolate fudge, crushed peanut butter cups, snickers, and honey caramel-dipped pretzels come together before a touch of pretzel biscuit and a custardy Creme Brulee finish that will have you dipping in for another sip in no time

Coco Cream Stout takes our viscous base stout and adds a bigger dose of Irish cream and a generous addition of some of our favorite cacao nibs.
Pouring velvety and decadent, we get melted chocolate shake, yahoo, and sweet cream, followed by flavors of brownie batter laced with Baileys cream liqueur, Mudslides, milk chocolate fudge, and even more Kahlúa cream. Perfect for your own celebration, this beer is great to enjoy as is but could also make a great base for holiday-inspired beer cocktails.

We’ve gone through great lengths to refine the process to yield a Rich and Creamy Flavor and mouth feel to show case the decadent flavors yet leave the harsh taste that dark grains can often leave behind. Incredible mouthfeel yet not cloyingly sweet to aid in its drinkability.

Starting off with a thic(5x) base we conditioned the finished liquid on Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, maple syrup, pecans, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of Lactose.
Swirls and Spirals pours viscous with aromas of French toast, maple custard, and your favorite bake shop. The flavors work so well together offering notes of chocolate pudding, cinnamon coffee cake, sticky brown sugar, pecan sandies, and the perfect amount of vanilla frosting. Stacked Pistachio Chocolate Honey Cake takes inspiration from a dessert we recently enjoyed. Just a few spoons in, we knew we had to bring this to light in liquid form. Following a long boil of our base stout, we added a healthy dose of pistachios, honey, cacao nibs, and cake mix. A decadent pour leads to aromas of pistachio chocolate pudding and flavors of creamy devil's food cake batter, raw honeycomb, and something we would imagine a pistachio Snickers bar would taste like. The liquid frosted chocolate cake meets honey baklava flavor profile wraps up with a slick and velvety finish we tend to get with a honey addition, offering stacked milkshake-like flavors you could enjoy with a straw

We tweaked our Elemental base with the intent of not barrel aging all of it, and conditioned it on Banana, Peanuts, Oreos, Madagascar Vanilla, and Lactose. All Wise pours like pitch black 10W-30 motor oil with a quickly dissipating head. Aromas of brownie batter, creamy banana, and roasted peanuts rise up before extreme flavors of rich German chocolate cake, banana creme brûlée custard, crushed Oreos with cream, and peanut butter fudge brownies all wrap up into a creamy super thiccccc mouthfeel that is a decadent treat fit for a King.

Alfajores are popular South American dessert typically made with soft cookies pressed together with a sweet gooey filling in the middle. To emulate this classic, we conditioned a big base stout on Honey, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Coconut, and Madagascar Vanilla. Alfajores pours pitch black with a frothy tan head. Decadent notes and flavors of fudge brownie, almond shortbread cookie dough, Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut chocolates drizzled with honey, and coconut mudpie come together in a creamy and velvety finish with the perfect amount of honey to offset the chocolate malts. This beer is a fun one and is literally liquid dessert in a glass.
