Long before bridges spanned the Thames, London's watermen carried people, goods and stories along the river. This traditional porter is brewed with the mineral-rich spring water of Gibbston's Flek Water, whose profile echoes the waters that shaped the great porters of old. Layers of chocolate malt, toasted crust and gentle roast drift across a smooth, balanced palate. Rich with history and quietly complex, it's a tribute to the tides that carried the city.

This beer is a love letter to Blackball, a firebrand of a town with fiercely convivial charm. We first visited out of curiosity & left utterly smitten. By the time we landed, miner Patrick “Wild Bill” Hickey had already refused to leave his pork pie after a measly 15-minute break on a 10-hour work stretch. It was 1908, & his act triggered an 11-week miner’s strike eventually sparking NZ’S Labour movement & solidifying Blackball as a magnet for broadminded folk who eat politicos for breakfast, & mine their own good luck. On our second visit, we stayed at Formerly the Blackball Hilton, drank dark lager, laughed with locals & watched a reveller get ferried home in a wheelbarrow. Pure gold. We’ve been back since & will go again because Coasters in Blackball have wit & more true grit than any lump from a mine.

We took our plush vanilla ice cream stout base and went all in - peanut butter, coconut crème, and a decadent swirl of nougat, caramel, and chocolate vibes inspired by your favourite nutty candy bar. It’s a nostalgic nod wrapped in liquid indulgence, with soft sweetness, creamy body, and that perfect touch of roasted peanut depth.

A silky and full stout from one of the fastest growing local craft beer breweries Panhead. They've specially imported caramelized oats to give this stout body and texture, it's big but balanced as is generally the case with anything from Panhead.

Her citrus predictions are pretty accurate. The divine Talia foresees that you will love this flavour. We have collaborated with Wonderland Chocolate to create our beery stout interpretation of their delicious orange chocolate made with cashew milk.

Three Boys non-alcoholic Stout pours dark and smooth with notes of chocolate malt and gentle roast. Rich, satisfying and velvety, with all the character of a classic stout. All the stout, none of the shout.

 2nd place(tied) in this years NZ Stout Challenge, we brewed a milk stout that is layered with cacao and vanilla.  Ale, crystal, brown and chocolate malts form the malt base with lactose, cacao and vanilla added at the end of boil.  Lucious, smooth and moreish with a rich cacao and vanilla hit on the nose and in the mouth with just enough bitterness from the kettle additions of the English hop East Kent Golding to balance out the sweetness.

This is a rich and ripe martinborough Chardonnay which displays concentrated ripe stone fruit and and gentle integrated oak on the palate.

The Darkness falls once more. Or should that be rises again? Boneface reanimate this old favorite, a rich American stout with all the chocolate and coffee notes a great selection of toasted malts can muster. What you won't see coming is the huge hop kick of citrus. You'll feel it in your bones.

Espresso & Martini is a powerful Imperial Stout with cold brew coffee and vanilla. The beer is full-bodied and creamy, with pronounced roasted notes, rich coffee flavors and a hint of caramel. The soft sweetness and vanilla provide balance and depth, resulting in an intense and refined flavor profile

This full-bodied Imperial Stout combines rich notes of chocolate and lightly roasted malt with the fresh sweet taste of cherries. The soft, creamy body and balanced bittersweet finish are reminiscent of a luxurious cherry bonbon. A complex and refined beer for the lover of deep, layered flavors.
