Stacked Pistachio Chocolate Honey Cake takes inspiration from a dessert we recently enjoyed. Just a few spoons in, we knew we had to bring this to light in liquid form. Following a long boil of our base stout, we added a healthy dose of pistachios, honey, cacao nibs, and cake mix. A decadent pour leads to aromas of pistachio chocolate pudding and flavors of creamy devil's food cake batter, raw honeycomb, and something we would imagine a pistachio Snickers bar would taste like. The liquid frosted chocolate cake meets honey baklava flavor profile wraps up with a slick and velvety finish we tend to get with a honey addition, offering stacked milkshake-like flavors you could enjoy with a straw

We tweaked our Elemental base with the intent of not barrel aging all of it, and conditioned it on Banana, Peanuts, Oreos, Madagascar Vanilla, and Lactose. All Wise pours like pitch black 10W-30 motor oil with a quickly dissipating head. Aromas of brownie batter, creamy banana, and roasted peanuts rise up before extreme flavors of rich German chocolate cake, banana creme brûlée custard, crushed Oreos with cream, and peanut butter fudge brownies all wrap up into a creamy super thiccccc mouthfeel that is a decadent treat fit for a King.

Named for a retired California Western Railroad steam engine on the Fort Bragg to Willits run through the Redwoods, Old No. 38 Stout is a smooth, firm-bodied stout with the toasted character and coffee notes of dark malts and roasted barley.

The Gulden Draak Imperial Stout is a dark brown to black-colored beer and is the heaviest beer in the Gulden Draak range with its 12° alcohol percentage volume. The typical roasted taste is obtained by adding roasted, caramelized malt that is used exclusively for this. It is a very well-balanced heavy beer.

The aftertaste is rich and powerful. When tasting this specialty beer you discover aromas of banana and chocolate. The secondary fermentation works beautifully and will perfectly balance the higher alcohols.

Norty Porter is everything you want in a winter beer… or any time you’re craving something rich, chocolatey and dessert-like!

Sprig + Fern Brewing Co.’s Norty Porter is brewed with a combination of five speciality malts, with the addition of cacao nibs bringing a luscious chocolate aromatic and flavour. This creamy chocolate beer is smooth and silky, right to the last drop.

But don’t take our word for it – this beer picked up a TOP 30 medal win in the 2023 New World Beer & Cider Awards, with the judges calling it “the liquid form of a chocolate mousse” and going on to encourage drinkers to “forget any notions you might have of dark beers being too heavy or charry-bitter; this is elegant, feather-light and smooth — and a wonderful chocolate delivery mechanism”. It also picked up a silver medal in the Australian International Beer Awards.

Long before bridges spanned the Thames, London's watermen carried people, goods and stories along the river. This traditional porter is brewed with the mineral-rich spring water of Gibbston's Flek Water, whose profile echoes the waters that shaped the great porters of old. Layers of chocolate malt, toasted crust and gentle roast drift across a smooth, balanced palate. Rich with history and quietly complex, it's a tribute to the tides that carried the city.
