We have embraced the Dubai Chocolate trend and created an indulgent pastry stout. A sweet and creamy chocolate malt base balanced with a little roastiness, and earthy pistachio creates a decadent stout.

Organic Chocolate Stout

Brewed with well water (the original well, sunk in 1758, is still in use with the hard water is drawn from 85 feet underground), the gently roasted organic chocolate malt and organic cocoa impart a delicious, smooth and creamy character, with inviting deep flavours and a delightful finish – this is the perfect marriage of satisfying stout and luxurious chocolate.

Salted Caramel Stout 6% - 440ml Can

Rich, creamy and velvety with layered notes of caramel, coffee and roasted malts balanced by a delicate saline edge that lingers on the finish. Decadent yet well-rounded and full-bodied from the addition of oats to the grain bill, this beer is full-flavoured and delicious - the perfect mid-winter treat.

An Imperial Stout aged in Highland Whisky barrels for 12 months. Rich chocolate and dark roast malts merge with underlying soft berry fruits and light oak. Imparting a classical Highland whisky character to this lavish stout.

Just like the layers of limestone shape the landscape of Buxton, the multi-stacked flavour of Banana Foster pancakes forms our latest creation. Subtle banana, cinnamon, vanilla and brown sugar mix with rich malty stout in each decadent sip.

If you can’t stop humming Prince’s Raspberry Beret when sipping this gorgeous Raspberry Porter, it’s quite all right. One can't be blamed for having little sexual healing going on…raspberry dipping, chocolate dripping…uuh, say no more. But seriously, beer nerdishly speaking, this is a classy sassy porter with exquisite chocolate character lightened up by fresh and sour touch of the raspberry. Damn, tried to be nerdish and sour but starting sounding like Prince again. “She wore raspberry beret…”

It begins with Westwards American Single Malt whiskey. After their whiskey is fully matured, it is then finished to taste in American Oak Stout Seasoned casks for approximately one year. Each cask has held stout beer from a variety of breweries throughout Oregon; including Bent Shovel Brewing, Breakside Brewing, Culmination Brewing, Ex Novo Brewing Co., Fort George Brewery, Migration Brewing, and Sky High Brewing, among others. Their cask finishing imparts a roasted chocolate note that flawlessly accentuates the signature toast characteristics of Westward American Single Malt.
