The Saison Dupont is a top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle.

Since 1844, this beer has been brewed in our farm-brewery, during the winter time.
Then this beer became a second refermentation in the barrel.

During the next summer, this very thirst-quenching beer was served to the “saisoniers” which were working on the fields.

Surely, therefore, our Saison Dupont is considered as “the classic” among the Belgian season beers!

Coppery blond, the finest aromas and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quencher with no equal, just the way it was created.
Our selection of yeasts is the perfect base for these typical aromas and ditto taste.
A real refermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result into this complex and particular aromatic beer.

Our IPA is crisp and fruity with honey and citrus undertones. More English than American in style, Stoke IPA is tank-conditioned over four weeks to enhance the smooth, caramel sweetness. It is light but a step up in hop intensity from our Pilsner.

4.8% ABV

The perfect companion for a sun-drenched Tuesday afternoon. Or any other day for that matter. Session beers were first brewed for their low alcohol content and uncompromised flavour, the result of lofty tax rates and government rationing during WWI. But low alcohol doesn’t have to mean less flavour, and the Nelson Pale Ale certainly isn’t lacking in any of the good stuff.

Riwaka and Galaxy hops provide a strong, clean bitterness that makes this aromatic session ale easy drinking and refreshing.

4.2% ABV - LOW GLUTEN

Cited as a benchmark and classic version of vermouth by the Oxford Companion to Wine, Punt e Mes (Poont eh Mehss) is one of the world's most popular red vermouths. Not overly cloying like the many commercial vermouths, it can be served straight up, used to make red Martinis, mixed with gin to make classic Italian cocktails like Negronis and Americanos, and it is also excellent when served with fruit juices, sparkling mineral or tonic water. With an aroma of wormwood and hints of bitter herbs, Punt e Mes is a vermouth in its finest form. Its name ("point and a half") in the dialect of Turin, came from the day when an absent-minded stock exchange agent called out the trading floor term in old man Antonio Carpano's bar, asking for a vermouth with a half-dose of bitters. The concoction that evolved as Carpano Punt e Mes, is coffee-coloured, and based on white wine aromatised with a secret recipe of dozens of herbs and spices. Served over the rocks with a splash of soda, it is exotic in a surprising way: first a taste of cola-like sweetness, then sharply bitter at the back of the tongue, with a complex web of tastes in between.

Palliser Pinot Gris has gentle soft qualities and is off dry in taste with flavours of candied ginger and mandarin peel leading to a light bodied wine with a spicy finish.

The grapes in this wine are a combination of three vineyards; Pencarrow Vineyard 60%, the organic Om Santi Vineyard 28% and the balance from the Clouston Vineyard. A portion was fermented in old French oak barrels to provide complexity. The two portions were  blended and aged for a a further two months on lees to gain texture before bottling. 

Palliser Riesling is one of Martinborough's best kept white wine secrets and has texture and depth from 10% of the grapes being fermented in oak, with the balance in stainless steel and a finished residual sugar of 13.5 grams, which means this wine is medium dry - but it tastes crisp, citrusy and has great length. The finish is fresh and dry. 

Grapes in this wine come from Om Santi Vineyard (51%), with the balance split between Pinnacles and Palliser Vineyards.

Palliser Estate Pinot Noir is one of our favourites here at Regional, made with hand picked grapes grown on three vineyards in Martinborough - Hua Nui, home block and Pencarrow. Flavours of red fruit, smoky oak, a velvet texture and full body all make this incredibly elegant wine a keeper for up to five years. It also drinks beautifully now with its smooth texture and freshness. 

The grapes were given 5% whole bunch fermentation which adds structure, which is accentuated by French oak aging for 10 months.

This natural sweetener is an easy replacement for simple syrup, which is used in numerous cocktails, because of its remarkable taste, long shelf life and lower glycemic index, making it a strong alternative to sugar. The taste of the blue agave nectar is comparable, but not identical, to the taste of honey but is less viscous.

Cans have landed! Blue Sky American Pale Ale is hopped with Talus and Citra hops, so there's get plenty of bright grapefruit over citrus aroma and flavour. It's all balanced on a soft malt base with golden oats for a slightly moreish note and balanced bitterness.
