Unit price perPalliser Riesling is one of Martinborough's best kept white wine secrets and has texture and depth from 10% of the grapes being fermented in oak, with the balance in stainless steel and a finished residual sugar of 13.5 grams, which means this wine is medium dry - but it tastes crisp, citrusy and has great length. The finish is fresh and dry.
Grapes in this wine come from Om Santi Vineyard (51%), with the balance split between Pinnacles and Palliser Vineyards.
In conversion to organic certification.

Unit price perPalliser Estate Pinot Noir is one of our favourites here at Regional, made with hand picked grapes grown on three vineyards in Martinborough - Hua Nui, home block and Pencarrow. Flavours of red fruit, smoky oak, a velvet texture and full body all make this incredibly elegant wine a keeper for up to five years. It also drinks beautifully now with its smooth texture and freshness.
The grapes were given 5% whole bunch fermentation which adds structure, which is accentuated by French oak aging for 10 months.
Bottled in March 2023.
What the critics say
"Silky, smooth and powerfully elegant Pinot Noir from Palliser Estate."
Joelle Thomson, wine writer and wine programme director for Regional Wines

Unit price perThis is (possibly) the greatest scientific breakthrough by a Kiwi since the guy on the hundred dollar bill split the atom.

This beer is legal tender for good times - Perfect if you're the designated driver?

Unit price perThis natural sweetener is an easy replacement for simple syrup, which is used in numerous cocktails, because of its remarkable taste, long shelf life and lower glycemic index, making it a strong alternative to sugar. The taste of the blue agave nectar is comparable, but not identical, to the taste of honey but is less viscous.
For this, "The Botanist", small-batch, artisanal Islay gin we use nine of the classic gin aromatics; orris root, cassia bark, coriander seed, etc and augment these with a heady harvest of 22 wild, native island botanicals, hand-picked by our expert foraging team from the windswept hills, peat bogs and Atlantic shores of this Hebridean island of Islay.
This truly seasonal and exotic cocktail is then slow "simmer" distilled in our unique and cherished Lomond pot-still, "ugly betty". Betty prefers to work at low-pressure and won't be rushed.
So our precious botanicals are slowly and gently coaxed into releasing their complex, signature aromatics. This was a unique project for our head distiller, Jim McEwan. Jim says he had to "learn a new dance" with Betty, and none of us knew what to expect from that first, achingly-slow 17 hour distillation. The result: a highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with outstanding finish and impeccable provenance.
In an age of re-badged industrial gins, the Botanist stands out as a truly artisanal, small-batch, hand-crafted labor of love and distiller's art. A breath of botanical Islay in every glass.

Unit price perA creamy, full bodied, deliciously complex bubbly made from a blend of two of the classic grapes used to make Champagne - Pinot Noir makes up 58% of this wine and the grapes were lightly pressed so that no colour is extracted from the Pinnacles Vineyard and 42% Chardonnay from the Om Santi Vineyard, fermented to 12.5% ABV.
This big, creamy, full bodied sparkling wine made in the traditional method - the same way as champagne. The Chardonnay went through malolactic fermentation, which adds the creamy notes. It was aged for two years on lees in bottle and given six grams of dosage at disgorgement, which makes this wine dry, fresh and long on taste thanks to the cool climate acidity which adds length and zesty drive.
