St.Bernardus Tripel is a traditional abbey ale brewed in the classic "Triple" style of Belgium's best Abbey Ales. It has a blond to pale amber color with a wonderful head, slightly sweet aroma and the orangey-grassy flavors of hops in the finish. Wonderfully drinkable and surprisingly light.

Corbieres is a large appellation in the Languedoc in the south of France and is best known for its deep, dark, full bodied reds, like this wine, made from Grenache and Syrah. The region's warm climate and variety of soils mean that wines from Corbieres tend to gain a complex range of flavours from fruity to earthy and spicy. This wine delivers big time on flavour and is great value for money.

Susumaniello is an Italian red grape from Puglia in the south of Italy and is known for its enticing aromas of red berries, blueberries and a savoury finish. It is related to the Garganega grape from Veneto in the north. Expect a fresh, fruity, dry and highly drinkable wine in this one - and you won't be disappointed. 

Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the key grapes in the south of France and this one comes from two areas; the Cévennes and the Aude Valley. It's full bodied, dry and has smooth fruit forward flavours balanced by Cabernet's famous structured tannins, which add complexity and grip to the finish. Del Maguey brings you a collection of Single Village Mezcal made in the lush, remote mountains, plains and valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico.  Each Mezcal is named for the village where it is made.

Vida is extremely mixable.  
Nose:  heightened fruit aromatics, hint of honey and vanilla.  
Palate:  Ginger, Cinnamon, Sandalwood, Banana and Tangerine and roasted Agave with a long, smooth finish.

Del Maguey mezcals are twice distilled and unblended from 100% mature agave Espadin and are produced the original, 500-year old Artisanal, hand-crafted way.  Production is limited to exclusive quantities per year to preserve quality.  There are no chemicals, colorings or additives ever used in any Del Maguey, Single Village Mezcal.

Fuoripista narrates an alternative route, a pathway out of the common, a
different perception and vision of nature. Fuoripista Pinot Grigio arises from
the cooperation of Foradori and Marco Devigili, biodynamic winegrower of
the Campo Rotaliano, and expresses the essence of a variety widely diffused
in Trentino. More than 8 months of skin contact in amphorae (tinajas from
Villarrobledo, Spain) liberates and emphasizes the delicate character of this
Pinot Grigio.

Amber is made with an unusual technique for white wine. White grapes are fermented on skins, as one would for a red, left to macerate for the winter, then pressed the following spring. No fining, no filtering. The result is a complex and textured wine, naturally cloudy, with body, and plenty of soul.

This is a dry yet generous Pinot Gris from the Moutere Valley in Nelson. Fermented with wild yeast and fermented in neutral vessels (70% stainless steel, 30% aged oak). The nose is floral and mineral, with a delicate spiciness. The palate is rich and elegant with ginger and floral notes accentuating the pear fruit flavour.
