Maestro is made in the warmest vintages only in North Canterbury. It is a dense, dark, dry, full bodied blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with a smidgeon of Malbec in for good measure.

Aged in oak casks for at least sixteen years, this much sought-after single malt has the massive peat-smoke that's typical of southern Islay - but also offering a dryness that turns it into a truly interesting dram.

Since 1879 the name "Myers's" has been recognised as the world's finest, full-bodied rum.  Produced in Jamaica, Myers's rum continues to be distilled in the traditional pot still method and allowed to mature in white oak barrels.  It is this final aging period that plays a critical role in determining the distinctive dark colour and rich, buttery flavour that is synonymous with Myers's

Full bodied, funky, dry and orange tinged, thanks to eight months of skin contact which provides colour and flavour. Clockwork Orange is all about texture and skin contact is its defining attribute. Flavours here are of zesty acidity thanks to the inclusion of Albarino, Riesling and Chenin Blanc - three great white grapes that all contribute zesty, zingy aspects from their naturally  high acidity. 

It's full bodied and, yes, has some orange tinges to its colour thanks to skin contact during the fermentation of this wine. 

It's a style that owes its origins to Georgia, possibly the oldest wine region on Earth.

A smooth dry style overlaid with caramel and liquorice notes. Barrel maturation in American oak smooths the spirit, adding caramel tones. 

This Bourbon-based honey-sweet liqueur manages to mask the alcoholic burn, powerful punch and everything else "wild" about Wild Turkey in a thick, viscous, golden solution that features hints of citrus and caramel. Jean Foillard is one of Beaujolais’ most renowned producers. Foillard’s wines are extremely complex and deep for an area known for light, juicy reds. This is a high quality, classic expression of the Morgon sub-region. The Classique comes from vines of 20-55 years old, grown on mostly granite solis. Fermented 100% whole bunch, so some carbonic influence, ferment in concrete, then 6-9 months in aged barrique.

TASTING NOTES:

The richness of our hand-crafted rum works in delightful tandem with the selected botanicals to create an unashamedly unique organoleptic experience. Mixologists will have plenty of opportunity to indulge their creative tendencies but on a simpler level, Lunatic and Lover Silver plays well with a good quality tonic or soda that allows its distinctive character to shine through.

Leffe Tripel is an authentic blond abbey beer full of character that experiences a secondary fermentation in the bottle due to the presence of yeast. Its flavour is robust and refined.

“This blond, top-fermented and naturally hazy abbey beer surprises on various levels. For one, the balance between the bitter and the sweet flavours is simply magnificent, as is its bouquet, which contains magical flavours such as banana, peach, ripe pineapple and a variety of spices, which subtly combine coriander and orange. To obtain an even more pronounced flavour, pour it into the glass at an angle, so as to mix in the sediment at the bottom of the bottle. If you prefer your beer sweeter and softer, don’t pour the entire contents into the glass.

Originally brewed to celebrate the tercentenary of Britain's oldest brewer, 1698 is a characteristically hoppy Kentish ale, and has Protected Geographical Indication, the same unique regional protection afforded to Champagne and Parma Ham.

The ale matures naturally in the bottle and can be enjoyed fresh or allowed to settle for a few months to mellow. The natural effervescence produced by bottle-conditioning – the interaction of yeast and brewing sugars – gives 1698 fine, Champagne-like bubbles that further enhance the fragrance, flavour and overall drinking experience.

A silver medal winner in the Taste of Britain Awards, 1698 has been included in the International Beer Challenge's World's Top 50 Beers and has won a Gold Award from the British Bottlers' Institute.

6.5% ABV.

In large oak barrels of more than a hundred years, lambic from all four corners of the PAJOTTENLAND ripens for years. Especially for you, lambic of 1, 2 and 3 years old was carefully tested, mixed and bottled. This Geuze only contains wheat, barley malt and hops. Not pasteurized and spontaneously refermented in the bottle.
