One of the most well-known Irish blends, Bushmills Black Bush features a lot of sherried malt in its recipe, alongside classically caramel-y grain 

Suitable for enjoying neat, but it can also be used in whiskey cocktails that call for dark fruit sweetness

Nose: Over-ripe grape and light citrus on the nose. A touch of toffee and peanut.

Palate: Vanilla and milk bottle sweeties. Dried peels, chamomile tea and cinnamon sticks.

Finish: Digestive biscuit, cooked plum and orange oil.

Smooth and mellow, the aroma opens with vanilla and rich, silky notes of exotic fruits, dried pineapples and a hint of smoky liquorice.

Sunset Surf Pale Ale brings a wave of US Loral and NZ Nectaron hops for big flavour! This wee gem has floral pineapple and soft citrus notes over a smooth malty base with just enough bitterness to keep it refreshing and crisp.

5.3% ABV.

Mount Lion IPA grabs its name from an iconic local range at Bream Head so we knew this one had to be big and tasty! We packed the kettle full of Idaho 7 and Citra hops for dank orange and citrus with fruit-laden aromas and taste. It’s all balanced on a light, caramel-kissed malt base and smooth bitterness for a super drinkable IPA.

A fine drop with depth in every detail. Crafted by Bec Kay and her team at The Bond Store  for the Friends of the Wellington Botanic Garden.  Key botanicals include kawakawa leaf, and from the  Botanic Garden, a hint of rosehip. The result is a dry  and crisp London gin that reflects the complexity  and beauty of a garden. 

Best served with pure tonic.

Red marker sweet vermouth celebrates the coming together of Aotearoa?s finest wines, blended with Pinot noir brandy and handpicked botanicals from Sandymount Distillery.

Aromatic, vibrant, and built with deep rich dried stone fruit flavours underpinned by elaborate layers of botanicals with a spicy oak barrel finish.

The Potager Gin is a citrus-forward gin with floral notes, hand-crafted and single-shot distilled in small batches. This gin compliments our range with a unique flavour profile reminiscent of a french kitchen garden.

Botanicals:

Juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root, orris root, lemon, orange, grapefruit, basil, nettle and rose hip.

Winemaker Jules Taylor is a champion of adventurous winemaking and grape varieties, such as Gruner Veltliner - and this is a fabulous dry white wine. The Gruner grape originally comes from Austria and is capable of a diverse style of wines, such as this refreshing aromatic and savoury wine. 

TASTING NOTES Our distilling team set out to create a gin that  balanced the freshness and acidity of rhubarb and  apples with a bit of warmth, sweetness, and spice  from brown spices like cassia and nutmeg.  The resulting gin is an apple & rhubarb crumble in  a glass, a mixture of warmth and freshness perfect  to enjoying a G&T, a Highball or a Fruit Cup. And  because there’s so much natural fruit packed in this gin, a bit of haziness may develop overtime but  that’s nothing to worry about… it’s just all the fruit  reminding you it’s there!  

PRODUCTION NOTES With Warner’s certified as a B-Corporation and  Four Pillars certified as carbon neutral by Climate  Active, sustainable distilling is a huge focus for  both of us, which meant looking slightly left of field  for waste products which we could extract amazing  flavours from, such as cacao shells and fig leaf. Post-distillation is where the main flavours from  both regions come into play - the rhubarb juice  from Warner’s, and apples from the Yarra Valley  make up the heart of this gin. In fact, three separate  liquids are blended into the gin after distillation;  rhubarb juice, apple juice and an apple cider spirit.  These brings freshness, sweetness and crisp  acidity to both the palate and the nose

Clos de Ste Anne is a steeply sloping hillside vineyard facing north east in Gisborne and is also the name of this outstanding full bodied with its bold layers of complexity. Vanilla, almonds, peachy flavour notes all combine in this wine, which also has nuances of freshly whipped butter, a creamy texture and smooth style that makes it a winner. 

This wine is certified organic and biodynamic. 

This peachy, flavoursome, rich and full bodied dry white is Millton Vineyard's top Viognier, made from grapes grown on the steep slopes of the special, small and beautifully formed Clos de Ste Anne vineyard in Gisborne.
