This Platinum Blend is a blend of jonge lambikken and four-year old oude lambikken only, originating from six different brews and two different barrels. One quarter of the blend consists of lambikken brewed with our own sourced cereals from different fields in Brabant. The weighted average age of the blend is a good 21 months, and the oldest lambik was brewed at the beginning of 2017.

We added some local honey from our own beehives to the blend. 100% 3 Fonteinen brewed lambik.

Tuverbol is a blend of Loterbol Blond – a blond beer from the Diest-based brewery of the same name – and 3 Fonteinen's own lambic. Created for the first time in 2005, Tuverbol has been an annual recurring winter beer since 2017. Tuverbol has a unique taste profile thanks to the combination of the freshness of the lambic, the warmth of the alcohol and the full body of the blond beer.

Any bottle from the legendary 3 Fonteinen deserves a special spot in the cellar. These brews are so sought-after, craft fans regularly make the pilgrimage to the small town of Beersel, Belgium for a taste. For Lambic aficionados and Wild Ale fans, it is a near-sacred pilgrimage.

For this small-batch Frambozenlambik heaps of hand-picked raspberries from Ferme Framboos were macerated for three months on one and two-year old lambik from two different barrels and two different brews. The final fruit intensity is 350 grams of raspberries per litre of Frambozenlambik.

3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek is a traditional kriek lambic released annually in several batches by the brewery. It is produced by macerating cherries, including the pits, in young lambic. After bottling, it is stored in a warm room for at least four months to help with secondary fermentation in the bottle.

Matured in our oceanside barrel house, it has a grassy, spicy tone with a distinct Rye note that balances the sweetness of the honey. Look for notes of toasted oak, spices and vanilla wrapped in the phenolic sweetness of Manuka Honey. 100% natural Manuka Honey made on Waiheke Island.

Made from New Zealand malt, double distilled in copper  pot stills and aged for 5 years in French oak ex white wine casks, which have been shaved, toasted and re-charred, then finished in ex-bourbon barrels. Sweet and malty aromas on the nose lead to primary tastes of candied orange peel and honeycomb on the palate. The finish in American oak lends notes of almonds, clove and vanilla. This mouth coating, easy drinking whisky surprises with the bourbon creaminess giving way to a long peppery dry finish.

We’ve been on a journey to find the pinnacle of NZ hops, so when we discovered experimental Bract NZH-106, we knew we had to brew the perfect beer for it. This quintessential New Zealand pilsner is fresh, bright, and thirst-quenching, with tropical hops and a bready backbone. It’s all down-hill from here, because this trip starts at the pinnacle. 

Popsicle Hard Lemonade 4% 330mL Remember the sweet sunny days as a kid having a popsicle? This brewed hard lemonade is reminiscent of those days with a grown up spin!

An audacious combination. Martell Blue Swift is a spirit drink made of cognac VSOP then finished in Bourbon casks. Through Martell's signature distillation process, the eaux-de-vie absorbs the rich aromatic tones of the bourbon cask. The result is Martell's hallmark style - delicate notes of candied fruit and plum - complemented by the subtle sweetness of vanilla and toasted oak from the casks. Exceptionally smooth, with a rounded taste and unique character.

Aroma: Gourmet notes of banana and caramelised pear introduce the subtle sweetness of vanilla, coconut and spices.

Fernet Branca is a bitter, aromatic spirit made from of over 40herbs and spices, including myrrh, rhubarb, chamomile, cardamom and saffron, with a base of grape alcohol. The recipe is a secret, and wascreated by the young Maria Scala in 1845 in Milan. Scala's name became Maria Branca through marriage, and the product's name was born. TheFernet Branca is still produced in Milan by the company FratelliBranca, over seen by the Branca family. Fernet Branca is usually served as a digestif after a meal, but mayalso be enjoyed with coffee and espresso, or mixed into coffee and espresso drinks. This light, dry beer has pleasant malt and hop notes with a round dry finish. Regardless of the time of the year, Corona is best served ice cold, with a wedge of lime that complements and intensifies the flavour through the palate.
