Unit price perA hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It’s just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it’s a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

This is a sleek, detailed and fragrant, offering from Gaillard, one of the Northern Rhone's true stars.
Grapes from several parcels in the high country of Malleval, Chavanay, and Limony in the far north of the appellation go into this wine. The vines lie closer to Vienne and Condrieu than to Tournon-sur-Rhône in the south and Gaillard’s steep, cool soils have plenty of granite, which contributes to the mineral cut of this perfumed and vibrant Syrah.

Unit price perThe 2022 De Boel France Cornas, also known as "Ars Magirica", is a plush red wine from the small Cornas appellation in the Northern Rhone Valley made, of course, from 100% Syrah grapes.
The wine undergoes a two-month natural fermentation in stainless steel, with 40% then moved to old barrique for eight months of aging. The two wines are then blended together and bottled in July, with the wine being released in the October proceeding the vintage.
The wine has a spicy nose of pepper, liquorice and pork fat, leading to a supple palate offering further deep black fruits and gamey notes.

Unit price perWhile Brettanomyces (‘Brett’) yeast is known for producing the funky flavours and aromas in wild ales, it was actually first isolated from British stock ales, hence its name meaning ’British Fungus’ in Greek. It is believed that Brett living within the wooden barrels used to age these stock ales gave them their distinctive complexity and smoothness. Taking Stock was aged in oak barrels for eight months with the specific Brett strain that was originally isolated from these stock ales.

Unit price perName: Griotta
Style: Wild Farmhouse Ale with Sour Cherries
Fermentation: High
ABV: 5.8%
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, griotta sour cherries, wheat, sugar, hop, yeast
Process: Fermentation activated by wild yeasts from the LoverBeer’s “spontaneous”. Fermentation and maturation for 5/6 months in oak vats, generous addition of Griotta cherries during the harvest time. Refermentation bottle or keg.
Average liters produced per year: 2000 lt
Inspiration: Until 1960s in Belgium in the Hinault region, the Farmhouse Ales produced, unlike today, reached the taste balance also through the acidity. That was our inspiration and for a better interpretation of the farmhouse concept we have isolated and used a LoverBeer’s yeast. This version is characterised by a fruit: the Griotta sour cherry from Pecetto and Trofarello. This variety is the same used for centuries for one of the most famous style in Belgium: the Kriek.
Description: Its color is watercolour red. It reveals cherry and almond aromas, with vinous cues. Extremely harmonious beer, with a citric and fruity persistence.
Available size: Bottle 37.5 cl, Key Keg 20 lt
Service temperature: 8°-12°
Tips: Perfect with fresh goat’s cheese. Try it with roasted duck
