PRODUCT OF GERMANY. Liquid gold, unfiltered with a creamy foam crown – the unique character of the yeast-white beer. Golden yellow with orange reflections is adorned with a firm foam that has a creamy consistency. A striking scent of bananas emerges. The fruity note is also continued on the palate. Delicately effervescent and refreshing at the same time, the full-bodiedness seduces you with a fine hoppy aftertaste.

Beer Isbjorn Pilsner LOW CARB Mack 4.5% 500m

Low Gluten, Low Sugar, Low Carb! Tasting Notes: Isbjørn LOW CARB is brewed from a recipe containing less malt than the original Isbjørn, resulting in a beer with less calories. It has 70 % less carbohydrates and 30 % less sugar than Isbjørn, but has the same good taste. This is a pale, refreshing pilsner beer with a pleasant, characteristic hoppy flavor. Isbjørn is the perfect companion to grilled meat dishes, and a fantastic thirst quencher on a hot summer day. Also this beer has less than 10ppm of Gluten.

Beer Red Lager Low Carb Isbjorn 4.5% 500ml

Isbjørn Lite Red Lager is brewed using a method that reduces the amount of carbohydrates by 70 %, and the number of calories by 30 %, compared to regular lager beer. Isbjørn Lite Red Lager has a caramelized malt character and a balanced bitterness. The beer has a golden, red color. The red color comes from a special paint called "RedActive", which is produced in Finland.

Brett Grisette combines lemons, bay, and kawakawa with our house saison yeast and Brett C, the result is a refreshing , spicy and fruity farmhouse ale. sociable, sessionable taste of the old country .

Cantine Riondo is a large cooperative based near Soave with over 2,000 winegrower members. This Extra Dry vintage spumante (Italian for semi sparkling), offers rich and elegant scents of ripe Golden Delicious apple, acacia and wisteria blossom. Fresh and creamy on the palate with a pleasant silky finish.

Commercial description

"Grapes are dried in temperature and humidity controlled warehouses in hillside locations till December. Fermentation for about 20 days on the skins with constant pumping over. Oak wood aging for 18 months and in bottle for 6 months.

Casalforte Amarone della Valpolicella is a full-bodied red wine with a garnet red shade. Its complex bouquet recalls cherry jam, ripe black cherries and spicy notes of vanilla and licorice. On the palate it is juicy, well-structured with a fresh and fruity finish. It pairs perfectly with rich pasta dishes, game and grilled or stewed red meats as well as mature cheeses."

A voluminous blend of dark malts builds the base of this stout, full of sugars for our house yeast to chew on, and bringing the ABV up to a hefty 8.5%.  Packed with flavours of dark roasted coffee, chocolate and red fruit, this is the ultimate winter warmer.

We footprinted the brewing, packaging and distribution of Respire, and offset this with official carbon credits, funding high impact bio-diversity projects.

Citra and Chinook hops take the lead in this fresh and hoppy Session IPA, packing bright citrus, tropical fruit and crisp pine notes. Backed up with light, sweet maltiness, rounding out in a refreshing bitter finish.

This 2023 release from Ardnamurchan combines peated and unpeated spirit matured in ex-bourbon and ex-rum casks. A lovely balance of peat and sweet tropical flavours - mango, spice and subtle vanilla thanks to the American oak

From the distillery...

Ardnamurchan Rum Cask ramps up our earthy, oily house profile with delicate grassy, funky notes. The underlying tropical richness is delightful. We think the distillery character matches beautifully with these Caribbean casks, the first time we've ever released a vatting matured in this cask type..

Clean, fresh, hint of sweetness.  Smooth, light, subtle sweetness of sugarcane coming through.

A cheeky ‘chilled red’. Born out of the heartbreaking 2023 vintage in Hawkes Bay, Franco is the lighter, textural iteration of our Howell Vineyard Bridge Pa Cabernet Franc.

Still wishing to support our growers and the region during this difficult time, yet understanding that our ‘house’ style of Cabernet Franc would not suffice, we decided to create a delicious, prettier, chilled version (12%) - ‘Franco’. Garnet in colour. Brimming with notes of earthy wild strawberries. The palate is highly textural, and soft, finishing with bucket loads of flavour and warmth. Serve chilled.

Howell Vineyard, Bridge Pa Hawkes Bay. Red metal soils, densly planted with 27 year old vines at 2315 vines /ha.

A very challenging season. A moderate spring and average temperatures for ripening. Several significant rain events occured toward the end of summer, and the wet conditions continued into Autumn.

The fruit was machine harvested and delivered to the winery. It was destemmed into a small open top fermenter. Once fermentation began, naturally, it was innoculated and plunged twice daily. After fermentation finished it remained on skins for a further week prior to being gently pressed off. It remained in both stainless steel and neutral oak for 8 months and was filtered prior to bottling. Bottled unfined.

This Cabernet Malbec is made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Cabernet Franc. The varieties were hand-picked, de-stemmed and fermented separately in small open topped vats where they were gently hand plunged and pumped over to aid in extracting the maximum amount of flavour and colour from the berries. Following an extended maceration period the wine was transferred into French oak barrels where it spent 11 months.

This is a dark and brooding beast with fruits of the forest including Black Doris plum and spiced cherry. It is rich and powerful on the palate with a silky mouthfeel and well-pitched tannins. Attractively rounded with upfront fruit flavours this wine is very attractive now but will certainly reward with time in the cellar. Drink now through till 2030.
