Prepare to snatch the cloak from our latest  limited edition and reveal to the world the  palate-provoking, taste-tantalising, whisky wonder that is Ardbeg Spectacular.  A first for Ardbeg, this whisky has been  matured in highly sought-after port wine casks, then married with classic bourbon barrels creating an extraordinarily smoky and balanced Ardbeg dram that imparts all  manner of peculiar notes and aromas. This is  devilish sweet meets smoky peat!

Tasting Notes: Smoky pear crumble and cooling  menthol twist into notes of incense candles, perfumed  lavender and antique leather.

Cask Type: Matured in highly sought-after port wine  casks and classic ex-bourbon barrels

Since 1999, Black Sheep Brewery (England) have collaborated with the official Monty Python team to create a range of beers to commemorate the groundbreaking comedy. 

Monty Python’s Holy Grail is a light golden beer with a fresh, zesty taste and a long crisp bitter finish.

This is a rich style of Chardonnay with the accent on strong fruit flavours. Ripe melon, nectarine and summer peach aromas abound with oak hints of cedar and spice and a long, full, yet soft finish. ideal matched with creamy pasta and white meat dishes. It is also delicious with seafood.

Vineyard
This Chardonnay is a mix of the Mendoza clone and Clone15 from the Bridge Pa and Crownthorpe areas in the Hawke’s Bay. Free-draining stony silty loams are the predominate soil type in this area. The crop was kept low and well exposed to ensure good even ripening and flavour development.

Winemaking
This Chardonnay was cool fermented with both aromatic and Burgundy style yeasts in barrels and stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation was completed, the wine was left for an extended period on yeast lees to promote textural qualities and mouthfeel. A portion of the wine went through Malolactic fermentation to soften acidity and add warm buttery notes.The wine exhibits pineapple and grapefruit flavours with a rich mealy texture.

The first and only Trappist white beer in the world. A fresh thirst quencher with a refined character. Recognisable as a white Trappist beer due to the use of mainly wheat malt. Brewed with very aromatic varieties of hops.

They say its wings bring thunder and its eyes flash lightning, but the Thunderbird’s intensity is benevolent, its appearance a good omen. This bright IPA borrows its name to give a fresh retelling to a familiar story by keeping things lean, lucid and enlivening. Its dazzling tropical character comes thanks to modern hop varieties from North America, where these tales were first told.

The Wrekin Chardonnay

WINEMAKING
The grapes were 100% hand-picked and gently whole bunch pressed. After settling in tank, the juice was racked and inoculated with yeasts from ‘ The Wrekin’ vineyard and then transferred to French barriques- no new oak. In spring, malolactic fermentation occurred naturally. The wine aged for 18 months on lees.


TASTING NOTES
On the nose a complex array of toasted nuts, lees and smokey tones overlay a pure stone fruit white peach with a citrus backbone. On the palate is crisp and pure. The vibrant acidity offers lively structure to the wine’s weight and texture. Citrus pith, stone fruit, and spice leave a long delicate finish.

Churton Pinot Noir  

WINEMAKING
The grapes were 100% handpicked and gravity fed into open top fermenters with 20% whole bunch inclusion. The skins were gently pumped over twice a day. The total time on skins was 21 days before being gently pressed off and matured in French oak for 16 months. The wine went through 100% malolactic fermentation in early spring before blending and bottling.


TASTING NOTES
On the nose fragrant and bright aromas of red liquorice, rose petals, dried spices, cranberries, cherries and blackberries. On the palate a core of wild strawberry and bramble fruits flavours is underpinned by silky tannins and fine acidity, with a long, crisp finish of slate and spice. This wine is concentrated but elegant.

Deep, dark toasty and vibrant caramel malts dominate this cascadian beauty. Displaying a lingering bitterness with hints of coffee and a creamy tan head, finishing with distinctive Northwest American hops.

Švyturys Ekstra is the most famous Lithuanian beer and the pride of the Lithuanian brewing industry. It launched back in 1995 and became a real sensation. Due to its well-balanced taste, freshness and high drinkability, it shortly became the most popular beer in Lithuania. Ekstra has claimed international recognition and a variety of medals in international beer championships and exhibitions. It is known for its bright white head, glaring golden color, and harmonious taste with a hint of hops tart finish.

Kaiserdom Unfiltered Lager Kellerbier 4.7% Can 1L

PRODUCT OF GERMANY. A bright orange colour shimmers in the glass, above it lies a fluffy, white foam with a firm consistency. The naturally cloudy beer subtly smells of malt and freshly roasted white bread. A soft palate is surrounded by an elegant sweetness that balances perfectly with a discreet hoppy bitterness.

Kaiserdom Dark Lager Beer 4.7% Can 1L

PRODUCT OF GERMANY. The most bavarian of all beers – malt accentuated with gentle caramel notes, black as night. Its rich deep black to mocha-coloured appearance with bright red reflections is crowned by a creamy foam. The roasted malt aromatic scent is reminiscent of dark bread and fresh coffee. On the palate flows the velvety soft malty taste, coated by a harmonious sweetness, elegant and very clean. The perfectly balanced body has a warming effect and then a fine bitterness is perceived, which is calm and dry.

Kaiserdom PILSNER Beer 4.9% Can 1L

PRODUCT OF GERMANY. The classic dry and spicy with a fine hoppy note. Our Pilsener presents itself in the glass Straw-yellow in colour and glossy with elegant ascending carbon dioxide and a snow-white, solid foam. Elegant fresharoma hops initiate the fragrance sypmphony which gradually takes on a hint of summer barley. A fresh, sparkling overture is followed by the slender malt body with a full hop aroma. The finale follows with a long-lasting bitterness and a slightly fruity sweetness.
