Style

Young, vibrant wines are expertly blended and oak aged for up to three years. Fine Tawny has a fruitiness of youth and a nuttiness from the casks, while the ageing makes it lighter in appearance than ruby ports. A not-so-dark horse.

Coopers Dry delivers on the promise of a refreshing, low-carb, fine-filtered beer. It has been produced from our own maltings facility as the foundation for the brew, resulting in a smooth and delicate mouthfeel. Passion Smash is a Hazy IPA brewed with German Pilsner, Wheat and Maris Otter malts, Golden Oats and Big 'O' Malted Oats, Frothtech Vape Yeast and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Strata and Freestyle Hops 'Kohia Nelson' a Nelson Sauvin and passionfruit botanical blend.

Sundowner is a little gem with its creamy body dominated by stone fruit and tropical flavours and comes in at 5.8%.

This sake has been designed with the goal of making the ultimate sake to enjoy with food.

Pairs well with lighter, more delicate flavours, e.g. sashimi, sushi, Bluff oysters, or tempura.

Strong-bodied, full of umami, with a slight firmness and a crisp finish. After brewing, the sake has been raw-stored at -5°C for at least 3 years to embed its ripeness.
