Aotearoa - Land of the long white cloud, a name said to be given by Maori voyagers who first sighted these shores - Is a home to an abundance of heavenly hops. 

This New Zealand Pale Ale showcases the distinctive hop characteristics of Aotearoa New Zealand. 

Featuring a bright, balanced hop profile with vibrant citrus flavours, leaning towards lemon and lime zest, complemented by subtle floral and herbal notes in the background. 

The new experimental hop variety NZH 111, supplied by NZ Hops Bract Programme, adds a delicate touch and harmonises beautifully with Motueka and Pacifica, all on a crisp and clean Pilsner malt canvas.

Blanc is a new cuvée and the evolution of our super popular L'Orange.

Sauvignon Blanc skins from the Urlar Vineyard in Gladstone (courtesy of Jannine from Huntress Wines) co-fermented with fresh pressed Braeburn, Fuji and Crab Apples, then aged in tank for a full nine months.

Sitting somewhere in between a wine and a cider, it's full bodied and textural with a solid tannin structure and a bone dry finish.

It's an orchard blend combining tanks spanning multiple vintages with no less than six ingredients; Plums, Quinces, Fujis, Galas, Pears and Crab Apples.

It's the full orchard in one bottle and really epitomises our desire to produce unique fruit driven wines.

Samichlaus Barrique 330ml is a Doppelbock from Austrian brewery, Schloss Eggenburg. Samichlaus beer is only brewed once per year, on Saint Nicholas Day (6th December). The beer is aged for 10 months in Austrian oak barrels, imparting a complex, woody flavour into the beer. At 14% ABV, Samichlaus Barrique is exceptionally strong for a lager. Pouring an amber-brown colour, Samichlaus Barrique 330ml offers up aromas of roasted chestnuts, dark, dried fruits and smoked malt. The first sip reveals an intense, sweet and malty brew, with a dry finish. Carefully selected dark malts with delicate roasting aromas give ERDINGER Dunkel its full-bodied flavor and strong character.

This elegant wheat beer has a lustrous, deep dark-brown appearance in the glass. The first sip reveals a harmonious symphony of carefully selected wheat and barley malts with exquisite Hallertau aroma hops. The taste buds detect hints of caramel, nuts and fresh bread. An unmistakable top-fermenting accent is provided by ERDINGER’s traditional yeast.

ERDINGER Dunkel first saw the light of day in 1989, when ERDINGER’s master brewers created a dark wheat beer as a birthday present for the private brewery’s owner, Werner Brombach. He liked it so much that he decided to put it on the market in 1990.

5.3% ABV.

This elegant Méthode Traditionnelle is sustainably produced, from 100% Marlborough Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit (Chardonnay dominant) and is produced in accordance with Méthode Traditionnelle practices. Enjoy crisp, dry, delicate flavours balanced with lees age derived complexity, finishing fine, clean and long.

Produced in very limited quantities, this is the perfect bubbles to share with friends or to celebrate a special occasion.
