Gohyakumangoku junmai sake 720ml

A multi-award-winning dry and lighter junmai-shu sake.

The brewer’s careful use of the distinctive gohyakumangoku rice variety (translates to “5 million stones”, common in Japan’s northwest) makes for a superbly refreshing sake, rich in aroma, and with a clean finish.

Pairs well with lighter, more delicate flavours, e.g. sashimi, sushi, Bluff oysters, or tempura.

Recommended for lovers of warm sake.

Ultra junmai ginjo sake 720ml (white label)

This sake has been designed with the goal of making the ultimate sake to enjoy with food.

Pairs well with lighter, more delicate flavours, e.g. sashimi, sushi, Bluff oysters, or tempura.

Strong-bodied, full of umami, with a slight firmness and a crisp finish. After brewing, the sake has been raw-stored at -5°C for at least 3 years to embed its ripeness.

Kasteel - Kasteel Rouge is based on our Kasteel Donker. This fruity beer makes a great aperitif on a sunny terrace. It’s certainly a beer for lovers of sweet cherries with an intense aroma of the fruit. The cherries get the better of the malt in the Kasteel Donker mother beer, although it contributes touches of chocolate and pepper to remind you it’s there. It is surprisingly easily digestible for quite a strong beer.

Tasting Notes: ?Mawson Chardonnay is energetic and refined with aromas of fresh citrus, lime zest, yellow apple, white blossom, freshly baked bread, and white stones. Winemaking Notes: Harvested on 4th April 2023, from B95 and Mendoza clone Chardonnay vines planted in 2007, aged in barrel for 9 months. 100% whole bunch, 210 dozen total production. Valli?s first Central Otago Chardonnay is a wine of great purity and focus. Premium grapes came from the Highgrange Vineyard, an elevated site on Mt. Pisa. The 5th vintage of our canine charity series celebrates the accomplishments of Mawson, a Stewart Island/Rakiura predator detection dog. We will proudly donate proceeds of this wine to SIRCET, the Stewart Island/Rakiura Community and Environment Trust to help fund bi-annual Kiwi Avoidance Training to help protect our native flightless birds along with other initiatives for the benefit of NZ?s third island.

This wine is made with 100% Pinot Blanc from Cremant d'Alsace AOC. It is crafted in the same fashion as champagne using the traditional method and the result is a fresh, light and fruity sparkling wine with green apple and lemon aromas, fine bubbles and a delicate palate.

The Pina & Power has a unique tropical taste experience. The intense hop bitterness and citrus notes of the DIPA are softened by juicy, ripe pineapple notes, while the robust maltiness provides a strong backbone. This provides a refreshing balance between sweetness and hoppiness, resulting in an extremely drinkable beer.

Brewdog Wingman Session IPA is a maverick of a Session IPA, this is a smooth ride of mellow tropical fruits, piney notes and a sharp citrus aroma. Refreshing, infinitely drinkable and with a steady boozing altitude of 4.3%.

Don't be afraid to come out in the open, there's no need to be nervous you see, no one will judge you for swapping your IPA for this itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny sour apple appletini!
Blended with 300 kilograms(!) of apple concentrate, this graf has got serious pome fruit credentials. Accessibly sour with a tad bit of sweet, it's our twist om the classic Los Angeles Appletini.

What makes our Berliner Weisse so lecker? The berries, Freunde, the berries. We dove headfirst into the Dutch dunes to forage enough local feral blackberries to create a refreshing summer ale that is tart and complex, tangy and citrusy. Did all that plucking hurt? Yes, sir, it did. Are we wounded? Just the flesh, not our souls. It was a small sacrifice to make for this wildly fresh Berliner Weisse, literally equal parts pain and pleasure
