Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where our spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.

American and New Zealand hop flavours of stone fruit, fresh citrus, and tropical fruit radiate over a light malt base that’s as unclouded as a perfect summer. With a dappling of Superdelic to boost the grooviness, this beer isn’t just brewed - it’s Born to Shine.

Terroir Blend 2021

6.5 % alc/vol.12-48 months old at release. Connection beer with Ninebarnyardowls, Gladstone in the Wairarapa. Bottle conditioned. Nano batch, 800 litres. Vegan. Label art: Lee-Ann Scotti. Seasonal.

Terroir Blend is based on the Megablend from Belgium. It is the expression of one year old spontaneously fermented 'Lambic style' beer from multiple breweries. We are excited that there are quite a few other brewers in NZ now brewing spontaneously fermented beers.
This blend is a 'Gueuze-style' blending of a barrel each of Ninebarnyardowls 2- and 3- year-old and two barrels of our 1-year-old.

Food pairing: sliced apples. Mussels, waterzooi, Thai green curry, strong goat’s cheese, fish, bread and butter.

This is a blend of one-year-old 'spon' from Cell Division (Dunedin), Wilderness (Christchurch) and Craftwork.

A new addition to the Elements of Islay range, this blended malt consists of only malt whisky from the isle of Islay. It has been matured in a combination of ex Sherry, ex Bourbon and virgin oak casks.

There are notes of bonfire smoke and herbaceous sweet smoke

This easygoing and sessionable hazy beer is the ultimate in drinkability. Heatwave is brewed using a blend of NZ Riwaka, Moutere and Motueka hops which shine with notes of ripe pineapple and passionfruit. This delicious combo sits on a smooth and creamy malt base. This juicy and tropical beer is a perfect easy drinker designed for laid back afternoons.

A light malt base with Nectaron and Superdelic hops gives a refreshing tropical and berry-fruit aroma and flavour. Brewed and fermented to give a clean dry finish.
