Ledaig Sinclair Series Rioja Cask Finish is the first release in Tobermory distillery's Sinclair Series, this smoky Ledaig single malt has been made with heavily-peated barley and finished in hand-selected Rioja casks. Aromas of Turkish Delight, candied orange peel, leather, black pepper and dark chocolate fill the nose, complemented by notes of almond, raspberries, vanilla, cinnamon and freshly cut grass on the palate over rich waves of savoury peat smoke.

With age comes more character, an incredibly balanced dram. This mature blend has complex spice, gentle peat and tobacco-like notes perfectly balanced with dried fruits and nutty undertones.

The 2021 Le Difese is redolent of crushed red berry fruit, rose petal, lavender, spice and sweet pipe tobacco. Medium in body yet nicely layered, the 2021 is impeccably balanced. It is also a sheer delight to taste at this early stage. In many vintages, Le Difese is a fruity, forward wine, but the 2021 has a nervy feeling of classicism that is hugely appealing. It's one of my favorite recent vintages. As it has been for some time, Le Difese is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate and Sangiovese purchased from several properties in Chianti Classico, with the energy of Sangiovese very much driving the feel in this vintage.

Sensationally good value for money sparkling wine made from Italy's Emilia-Romagna region... This light bodied, lighter alcohol wine has 11.5% alcohol and lively flavours of ripe white peach tempered by the balance bubbles. It's made from 75 Trebbiano and 30% Chardonnay grapes and is extra dry in style, which means it has a light fruity taste and a dry finish. 

It bears a passing resemblance to Prosecco in style but it has different flavours and represents very good value for money.

This is a fruity, floral sparkling wine and has dominant notes of red fruits and hints of peach, resulting in a delightfully fresh and aromatic bouquet. On the palate it is fresh, tasty and crunchy with a tight and fine bead.

Amrut Two Continents Single Malt Whisky is made from select Indian barley grown at the feet of Himalayas. It is carefully mashed and distilled in small batches to preserve the natural aroma and matured across the Two Continents of Asia and Europe. To retain the natural characteristics of this oak aged Indian Malt Whisky this product is not chill filtered and some haze may therefore be noticed in the product.

Classic old school Negroamaro created by the legendary oenologist Severino Garofano; considered to be one of Puglia’s greatest. Severino passed away in 2018, and the winery is now run by his brilliant son and daughter. Both are trained winemakers, who only work with Negroamaro – Salento’s most ancient grape variety.

Redolent of liquorice and tobacco with cherry fruit and spice, this is an elegant wine that totally over-delivers for its price.
