Cadenhead Spanish Rum 17yo 46% 700ml 

Bottled by Scotland's oldest independent bottler, this 17 year old rum is a rare first for us, hailing from an undisclosed distillery in Spain. Distilled in 2007, the flavour opens with sticky treacle toffee, liquorice, and pine needles, moving to seville oranges and citrus rind. To finish, crystallized ginger and warming nutmeg.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Grass, peppermint creams, nettle leaves, geraniums, ginger nuts
Flavour: Blueberries, cherry bakewell, maraschino cherries
Finish: Red fruits, basil, walnuts

Demonio DE Los Andes Pisco Acholada 700ml

Pisco is the result of the distillation of alcohols obtained after the exclusive fermentation of ripe grapes, according to traditional methods.

Pisco is the traditional wine eau de vie of Peru. The originality of Pisco is due to the ideal terroir and the authentic process of elaboration, exclusively from the wort of wine. The ripe grapes are pressed, the wort obtained is purified and then fermented. After transformation into alcohol, the wort is distilled in stills.

Pisco Demonio is produced by the company Vina Tacama in the Ica region, south of Lima in the Pisco valleys.

Pisco Acholado is made from an exclusive selection of grape varieties from our vineyards such as Quebranta, Albilla, Torontel, Moscatel and Italia, centuries-old varieties from Tacama that traditionally have been used to produce the best Pisco from Peru.

Pokeno Revelation celebrates our unique place in the world. First we carefully select and blend parcels of stock which have been fully matured in first fill bourbon and New Zealand Red Wine casks from one of our favourite wineries. We then lay these back down in cask to allow them to marry perfectly together. Zesty, juicy and creamy! Bursting with lime, lemon and tropical aromatics from the Motueka hops and barrels of Key Lime juice, this refreshing beer is balanced by a smooth and decadent body loaded with lactose, oats and wheat and a hint of biscuity sweetness from the malt. A crisp slice of summer!

Big things sometimes come in little packages. cerveza, brewed with malt, maize and a twist of lime - specially fermented to give you all the crisp, clean bitterness and refreshing citrus character you’ve come to expect from a Mexican style lager, just without the alcohol.

German Hefeweizen is insanely popular in The Netherlands but we simply don't like the banana/clove overload so we're brewing it our way.

Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier is a golden yellow wheat beer, with a fine-pored white head offering aromas of cloves and banana. The palate is full bodied with yeasty notes and more banana hits.

What IS she having? Well, friends, welcome to Uiltje Deli where we the only item on the menu is this orgasmic NEIPA. We’re not faking it, really. Brewed with three seductive hops and a yeast named after a fruit goddess, it’s all red berries, sweet candy and citrus. Will our NEIPA have you pounding the table, pulling your hair and screaming "Yes! Yes! Yes!"? We think so, but there’s only one way to find out.

Goos, you're not crazy, the harder you run on that treadmill, the faster it goes. The trick? Run less fast! To help you do that, we brewed this thick NEIPA to shake off the chains of 9-to-5 existence. A trinity of Rakau, Amarillo CGX and Strata CGX. No silly, all those notes of strawberries, apricots and lemongrass are not a concoction. It's the truth, even though we didn't brew it. Mmmm, juicy fruity IPA.

Open this Cold IPA and it’s like ringing a dinner bell for hopheads. To create something this monstrous, we needed more men. So we called our pals at Lallemand for a box of their experimental EXP-483 yeast, then paired it with Hopsteiner’s potent Alora hop (formerly HS17701). If the yuzu, sweet melon and apricot don’t unleash chaos on your tastebuds, then boys, oh boys you are braver souls than we are. Forget the boat, you’re gonna need a bigger glass
