An organic coffee liqueur with a clever hint of cinnamon in its tail. Quick Brown Fox is the perfect evening companion and indeed a wonderful gift. Crafted to be enjoyed neat or over ice, it may also be enjoyed with milk, over ice cream or in a cocktail. Flavour will vary with season and roast because Quick Brown Fox uses real coffee, The Strictly Coffee Company's FTO blend. This blend is specially roasted to bring out the unique flavour profile of Quick Brown Fox, a dash of organic cinnamon completes the introduction.

The 4th release in the Greedy Angels series, showing that Amrut can do as a 10 Year-Old whisky. A rich, smoky Indian single malt whisky matured for 10 years and finished in an exrum cask, before being bottled in October 2019. Smoky peat and woody spice notes lead to sweet spice and marmalade, moving into cherry, cocoa and sweet vanilla. The palate shows sweet butterscotch, citrus and tropical fruits, followed by camphor, soft smoke and rumsoaked raisins. 

Each decanter comes complete with a decadent presentation box as well as a rather weighty glass stopper. Only 450 bottles produced

320 bottles of 'Greedy Angels - Chairman's Reserve' 10 years old.

This whisky is the first 10 year-old single malts to be produced by the company.
The very limited-edition whisky marks the Bangalore boutique distillery’s first
10 years in the international markets where it has built up quite a following
amongst whisky connoisseurs. 

The specially designed package consists of a 700ml crystal decanter bottled.

The Shotfire Quartage is sourced from the older Thorn-Clarke owned plantings in the Barossa, with 'Kabininge' and 'St Kitts' vineyards being the main contributors.

 This wine is primarily a blend of traditional Bordeaux varietals (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec) with Cabernet Sauvignon always being dominant. Whilst the Barossa is famous for Shiraz, Thorn-Clarke is renowned for its Quartage which has collected Trophies for best wine of show and / or class at most major wine shows in Australia over the last 10 years.

Entity is 100% Syrah, sourced from old vineyards in the Krondorf, Eden Valley Light Pass and Ebenezer regions of Barossa. This wine was made with minimal intervention to create a traditional and elegant wine which represents the Barossa Valley. This wine is approachable in its youth, but its excellent structure allows it to benefit from cellaring. 

The wine itself is deep purple-red. The nose is fruity, spicy and savoury, with notes of ripe dark berries, cocoa and spicy oak. The palate is concentrated and fruity, coupled with bright acidity and a long smooth finish. 

If you're a fan of big buttery Chardonnays or like them tight and lean, this wine has a great balance of both to attract and deliver delicious flavours at both ends of the ever popular Chardonnay spectrum - and it offers great value for money too.

About Greystone

The Greystone wine story began in 2000 when the Thomas Family bought an old sheep farm on the Omihi hills in the Waipara Valley, North Canterbury. The rolling limestone hills lured this family in and their goal was a single minded one: to make great wines from the limestone rich soils here. Fast forward 20 years and Greystone is one of the great (and, some might say, yet to be fully discovered) wineries in this outstanding wine region. Not least due to the work of winemaker Dom Maxwell and general manager Nick Gill, who began working together in 2005 and has grown along with the brand and quality. 

The translucent copper coloured tone of the wine is matched by the beautiful soft nutty aromas gained by a full twenty years ageing in seasoned oak casks. Otima 20 years is rich and delicate, but never cloying; the tannins and acidity ensure balance and perfect length.

There are three single vineyard Pinot Noirs in the Mount Edward stable, including this outstanding full bodied example which is made from grapes grown on the upper terraces of the Pisa sub region. These grapes are always the first to be harvested and Pisa Terrace Pinot Noir is a wine of perfume and aromatics, a lifted wine, light in feel and weight, elegant with a purity of fruit.

A great wine from Morrison Vineyard in Central Otago that ticks every box from being a silky textured, seductive Pinot Noir to drink now and is a keeper with its fantastic structure. New oak is kept intentionally low here with 15% adding support and smoothness while an overall 50% whole bunch fermentation adds the shoulder pads without dominating here. 

Winemaker Duncan Forsyth describes Morrison Vineyard Pinot Noir as a total sleeper, a taut wine that delivers concentration and power which belies the initial impression. It is, he says, the quintessential steel fist/velvet glove.

Gekkeikan Traditional is the world’s most popular Junmai-shu! It embodies the signature Gekkeikan style and represents over 370 years and 14 generations of sake brewing experience.

This versatile sake can be enjoyed warm, at room temperature or chilled. Excellent for sake cocktails and infusions.

Timorasso is often called the “white Barolo” and this grape produces a white wine with great potential for aging.

The soil in the Tortona area is sandy clay and the vineyard aspect is South, South west at about 250-450m. the vines are trained to Guyot with ten buds per plant at 4.500 vines per hectare.  All grapes are handpicked around the end of September followed by 6 hours of cryo-maceration. Fermentation is in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with followed by 6 months on fine lees.

The end result is a super complex minerally driven wine, full-bodied on the palate with fresh citrus and tropical fruit notes leading to a mineral finish.

Brick red core with a mahogany rim. The nose has a complex and intense bouquet of red and black cherries overlaid with almond and marzipan aromas. The palate has a smooth round taste with a hint of almond. A strong essence of cherries with a spicy nose on the finish.

Lovely crisp structure and fleshy mouthfeel from a superb Chablis producer in a wine that reveals white fruit notes such as peach, and has a persistent mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation which is so typical of Chablis makes this a round and pure wine.

Chablis is the northernmost wine region in Burgundy, which produces only Chardonnay. The cooler climate gives these wines crispness, acidity and a flinty minerality.
