Inspired by the iconic first bottling in 1992, our 16 year old whisky has been matured in only Sherry casks to impart an earthy aroma, rich notes of apricot and honey and a light, leathery spiciness. This complex whisky is best served over a single blocked ice cube to enhance its spicy richness.

A reinvigorated release from Tullibardine, upping the quality of presentation as well as their whisky. This bourbon barrel matured dram is packed with vanilla and spice.

Now owned by the renowned sherry producer Gonzalez Byass, Bodegas Beronia was created in 1973 by a wine and food club and is now considered a benchmark Rioja house.

A deep picota cherry red colour with a garnet edge, this wine is clean and bright. It is complex on the nose, with aromas of cherry and raspberry standing out, complemented by herbal notes - rosemary and thyme - and hints of cinnamon and tobacco. Very fresh and tantalising on the palate, this wine displays a plethora of flavours, the most prominent of which are the confected notes of vanilla and chocolate.

Aged for at least a quarter of a century in ex-bourbon American oak casks, this Speyside single malt is a gentle giant. Floral and fruity with a touch of spice

This core release single malt from the a lesser known distillery in the Highlands is finished for six-to-nine months in Oloroso Sherry casks before being bottled imbuing the whisky with lovely stem ginger and dried orange peel notes.

Croftengea is the name for a peaty whisky made at the Loch Lomond distillery, which is famous for its different expressions named after the islands in the loch. This one has aged for 14 years in an ex-bourbon cask and only 257 bottles were produced.

Nose: Subtle peat smoke, wrapped up in sweet vanilla and a touch of butter.

Palate: Quite nutty – almonds, pistachios, and chocolate peanuts. Still has some smoky elements running through it.

Finish: Lingering peppery spice.

This is the third release in Laphroaig's The Ian Hunter Story; a 33 year old Islay single malt, which enjoyed its lengthy maturation in ex-bourbon casks. The series honours and celebrates the impact that Ian Hunter, the last member of the Johnston family to own and manage Laphroaig, had on the distillery. It comes in a beautiful presentation and the whisky fits into the pages of the book.

Subtitled 'Source Protector', this 33 year old ex-bourbon cask whisky comes with the story of how Ian protected the water source and peat fields of Laphroaig.

Nose: the signature Laphroaig peat is certainly there, but it’s rounded by age. Seawater, elegant charcoal ashes, hints of lemon candy and bright peaches. Maybe some pineapple. Sweet almonds and whiffs of vanilla pastry. Menthol and embrocations, evolving to floral honey. A little polished wood, old leather and sheepwool as well. Quite excellent.

Mouth: somehow there’s a rather weak onset, staying silent for a while. After that it shows lots of beautiful fruity notes. Mango, pineapple and creamy papaya. However these are held back a little by a wave of oak, which also brings along peppery notes and ginger. It struggles to show its feathers. Subtle iodine and wax towards the end.

Finish: good length, slightly drying, with mint, cold ashes, hints of white pepper and tobacco leaves.

This limited edition Tomintoul has spent the last 18 months of its 12 year maturation in Olorose Sherry casks which has given it a well rounded, creamy richness whilst staying true to its soft style.

Timorous Beastie 10 Years Old is a beautifully aged, Highland “Vatted” Malt, that is proudly offered without colouring or chill-filtration. Bottled at 46.8% alcohol strength, Timorous Beastie 10 Years Old's tasting notes include spiced autumnal fruit, complemented by honey, cereal and orange. The fourth release under the brand to carry an age statement, following Timorous Beastie 18 Years Old, 40 Years Old and 21 Years Old bottlings.

Nose: Very sweet as if sugar and syrup have been added to spiced autumnal fruit.

Palate: Now with honey, the gentlest spices and a distinct cereal content

Finish: Honeycomb and clove studded orange finish

The Tullibardine 15 Year Old has arrived! The Highland distillery reopened in 2003, and this is one of the most well-aged releases to date. Seeing as it was matured entirely in first-fill bourbon casks, there's lots of creamy, honeyed influence to be found in this one.

Nose: Barley sugar and delicate florals, with apple crumble and custard.

Palate: Lots of honeyed malt, with creamy porridge and berry jam along with fresh sponge cake.

Finish: Caramelised nuts, spicy oak and mango curd.

Pronounced 'Tlah', Tl?th means gentle and/or mellow. With Tomintoul known as 'the gentle dram', this particular expression is along the same easy-going Speysider lines and is matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels.

Nose: Quintessentially Speyside. Light, with some sweet toffee and vanilla and hints of mint leaf and citrus peel.
Palate: Light and creamy. Lively white pepper and some oak-driven spiciness dance on the tongue with background layers of nutmeg and toasted vanilla.
Finish: Spicy with notes of shortbread and fresh mint.

Aged for 15 years in hand-picked oak barrels, this Speyside single malt Scotch whisky was distilled using peated malted barley at Tomintoul Distillery, giving that self-acknowledged 'Peaty Tang' uncommon in its region.

Bottled at a smooth 40% ABV, this release marks something of a follow up from this little beauty, only this edition has a declared age statement.

Chateau du Tertre Margaux is one of the estate’s flagship wines. It is silky and elegant, yet powerful and concentrated. The palate is fruit forward with excellent texture, tannin and balance. This wine will age very well in the cellar but is already drinking excellently.

This red Burgundy is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Santenay commune. Supple, lightly structured, fruity and fresh, this elegant wine boasts a fresh and elegant nose with red fruit aromas. The palate is smooth, fruity and vibrant.
