Forget clarity, there's nothing clean cut about this beer. This is a Pale Ale amplified and distorted in a wall of haze and hop feedback. Galaxy, Nelson and Mosaic riffs drift in a warm fuzz of juicy malt and tropical fruit noise. Plug it in, dial it up, crack the can. It's fuzzy ugly and you love it. This dry white is made from Pinot Noir grapes, grown on Te Kano's Eliza Vineyard and fermented to almost bone dry with 2.5 grams residual sugar adding balance to the linear acidity in this wine. The grapes were given minimal skin contact during fermentation so that the colour is pale and the wine looks white but has depth of flavour, thanks to the earthy notes of the Pinot Noir. 

Flavours here are fresh with notes of nashi pear, peach and citrus blossom leading to a rich and fruity palate with concentrated flavours of peach and pear leading to a dry finish.

Three clones of Pinot Noir were used in this wine with clones 115, Abel, 5 and 6, all hand picked and whole bunch pressed with a cool and long fermentation in stainless steel used to preserve the delicate aromatic fruit flavours, followed by a brief time on light lees to build mid palate texture and depth.

Malfy Gin Rosa is distilled by the Vergnano family in Italy. Italian juniper, Sicilian pink grapefruit, rhubarb and five other botanicals are used to create this gin. This is a fresh and juicy gin, excellent for summery drinks. 

Craggy Range chief winemaker Julian Grounds uses an old heritage clone of Syrah to make this full bodied, deeply coloured red with its spicy flavours and fresh fruit forward style. Syrah is the second most planted red grape in Hawke’s Bay after Merlot and 70% of the grapes in this wine were hand harvested, 18% whole bunch fermented with the remaining 82% destemmed. They were all fermented with indigenous yeasts and the wine was aged in French oak, 25% new, for 14 months. 

The result is one of our best value and best tasting local Syrahs under $30. An extraordinary wine for the price.

Aged for seven years and bottled at 107 proof, this is Bourbon (whiskey) for the stout of heart. It's the smoothest of Beam's Small Batch range, and has delectable flavours like toasted coconut, cashew and vanilla.Baker was a bit of a rogue, but his families love of distilling runs through his veins - it would have to considering his Grand-Uncle was the legendary Jim Beam.

Ripe hand picked fruit, gentle winemaking and maturation in French oak have resulted in a complex and powerful wine, with aromas of red berry fruits and violets, a rich and silky smooth palate and a long spicy finish.
