The newest member of the core range: a stand-alone, honed and perfected Fresh Yuzu Gin. A bright, aromatic and (yes) fresh dry gin made with locally-grown yuzu and inspired by adventures overseas.

Gin combined with Shiraz grapes? Bloody brilliant. This crazy experiment using Four Pillars original Rare Dry Gin steeped with local cool climate Shiraz grapes has become a cult-favourite, the perfect balance of sweet fruit and ginny goodness.

A vintage dated strong Trappist ale with Ruby port styled flavours of rose petal  and a rich, warming finish. This trappist classic ages well and is bottled conditioned. It has 9% ABV.

Brave Brewing - World famous in Hastings.  Bottle rocket, or 'EPA' as it's known around here, is a soft, aromatic extra pale ale that celebrates the Simcoe hop and it's delicious tropical, citrusy and piney notes.  A pale ale with that little bit extra!

5.6% ABV.

Delicious Belgian ale, as famous for its quality as for its four generations of the Moortgat family, who bright together Pilsner malts, Bohemian hops, and their own yeast strain to create this intense, aromatic sipping ale. 

This Belgian favourite is best enjoyed lightly chilled. It is bottle conditioned and contains 8.5% ABV.

Last year, for the first time Duvel Tripel Hop was brewed with the unique hop variety Cashmere and it was a resounding success. The limited-edition specialty beer flew off the shelves and many beer lovers missed out. Swayed by the popular demand to brew a new batch, the brewers decided to use the limited-availability hop again in 2020.

Brave Brewing - A 'Feel Good' Golden Ale that pairs well with a bright sunny day.  Brewed with Canterbury wheat and barley malts, it employs a neutral yeast strain for a clean, crisp finish.  Low on bitterness, but packed with plenty of fruity hop character.  Stay Gold!

Pinot Gris is the fourth most planted grape in New Zealand with a massive 2,488 hectares nationwide, inching slowly up to Chardonnay’s 3,167 hectares. It’s huge growth from just 157 hectares of Pinot Gris as recently as 2001, but numbers aside, it’s the taste that counts and Greywacke is next level in flavour. 

The grapes in this wine are from the Wrekin Terrace Vineyard in Brancott Valley where they grow on gravel over clay-loam soils, typical of the Southern Valleys in Marlborough. Three clones of Pinot Gris were all hand picked separately at high ripeness levels to provide rich fruity flavours in the finished wine, which was fermented in a combo of old French oak barriques and stainless steel tanks, all with wild yeasts to a finished 14.4% ABV with 10 grams per litre of residual sugar. 

Fresh, full bodied, off dry and intensely concentrated; one for the large glass on a decadent spring evening. 

"Tasted at the Mouton-Rothschild vertical in London, the 2010 Mouton-Rothschild is a modern-day benchmark for the First Growth and here, side-by-side with the 2009, it certainly has its nose in front. It is in possession of quite breathtaking delineation and precision, a crystalline bouquet with black fruit laced with minerals, potent pencil shaving notes, a touch of cold slate. It is totally entrancing. The palate has beguiling symmetry, but for me what really distinguishes this Mouton is its effortlessness. Like watching Usain Bolt in his prime sprinting to another world record, this wine is almost self-effacing in terms of its brilliance. Will Philippe Dhalluin ever better this Mouton-Rothschild? For over a decade Antipodes water has been consistently rated as one of the finest waters in the world and the purest in New Zealand. This is their softly beaded sparkling water, presented in a stylish, contemporary and elegant glass bottle. 

This superb water comes from a 327m deep pressured aquifer, taking up to 300 years to naturally filter through a fine-grained volcanic rock. The precious source is located in the rural Bay of Plenty in New Zealand, which has a population density of less than one person per square kilometre. 

Antipodes fine artesian water offers the highest degree of purity, pristine mineral flavours and neutrality, which makes it an ideal companion for fine food and wine. The bottle design is clean and simple, reflecting the purity of the water.

Rabbit Ranch is one of the best known and highest volume Pinot Noirs produced in the world’s southernmost wine regions, Central Otago. It is made from grapes grown around the wider Central Otago region, pushing softness and approachability in a light to medium bodied, fruit forward style each year. It drinks well as a youthful wine and is not intended to be cellared for the long term.

Complex, dry, savoury and sophisticated Pinot Noir; consistently one of the best from Central Otago. This wine is an outstanding expression of cool climate Pinot and is 100% certified organic made from two vineyards with approximately 75% of the grapes from Pisa with the balance coming from Muirkirk Vineyard on Felton Road in Bannockburn. A star. Drinks well now and is a keeper for at least four to five years, over which time it will evolve into an even more layered wine. 

Crisp and hoppy New Zealand Pilsner.

"Sick as, bruh" meant something different for New Plymouth's surfers back in the day. It was probably what they were telling their General Practitioner after paddling through the proverbial let go from the town's 'revolutionary' sewerage system installed in 1933. Thankfully, things have been cleaned up since then, allowing for a much more refreshing ocean experience at the surf break known as 'Bogworks', located directly outside our Brewery. A combination of clean, light malts and crisp Riwaka hops make this New Zealand Pilsner the perfect way to cap off a day catching the big ones.

Hours of gameplay got you here, a grind of low level IPA’s. Now you’ve reached the Boss Level. This is no battle for a raw recruit. This is Ultra IPA - five different US hop varieties, 100 IBU’s and a massive malt grist to match - a can load of weaponised hop firepower. Warning - proceed with the utmost caution. 

Lower your guard and it’ll be game over man, game over.
