Straight out of our R&D distilling program, inspired by our travels to Singapore earlier in the year, we’re championing the Rose Apple - A mild, subtly sweet, fruity lavender/rose-esque tasting fruit originating from SEA - its light, refreshing, and the right amount of tart that’ll have you going la la all day long. We've elevated this new found fruit by blending it with our in-house distilled vodka, reverse osmosis filtered water, and lots of bubbles. That's it! A thirst-quenching and refreshingly fruity little number that could be your summer fling

Straight out of our R&D program is this truly out-there smoothie style seltzer. Here our inhouse moonshine melds perfectly with blueberry & raspberry purees, pineapple juice, vanilla and coconut milk. Naturally vegan, gluten-free, and crafted with real Aussie ingredients, it’s a deliciously bold, refreshing treat for any occasion. Sip, savour, and escape the ordinary y’all.

5.5% ABV

Coopers Ultra Light has all the hallmarks of a great premium beer. It has a rich golden colour, and has a full malty aroma and flavour with one important difference: an alcohol content of only 0.5%.

The flavour is initially sweet but is balanced by the moderately high bitterness and finishes with a soft body with good carbonation and crisp after-bitterness.

Sky Way is our expression of NZ Rakau hops at their finest. A choice cone from across the ditch with massive versatility we’ve recently fallen head over heels for. Also, google says its “stone fruit, apricot, pine driven cultivar”. Oh chur. We’ve gathered NZ’s finest Rakau from both the Eggers and Freestyle hops farms, along with a dose of Rakau Hopkief and a touch of Nelson Lakes’ Nelson Sauvin. A brand new IPA built on NZ barley & wheat, and bursting with stonefruit and tropical hop character, this here is one smooth, easy-sippin’ hop soup.

Fruity, nutty and cloudy. An Aussie classic. Featured in Michael Jackson 500.

The biggest of all Belgian beers, Quadrupels follow the monastic tradition of naming beers by their alcoholic strength. Fourfold is characterised by intense caramel, dark sugar and malty sweet flavours supported by raisin, date and fig notes.

This beer is can-conditioned, naturally carbonated via a refermentation in the can. This is the traditional method used for Belgian-style beers and allows the beer to further develop during extended cellaring.

10.5% ABV

Tripels are a strong pale beer that have been brewed in Belgium since the 1930’s. The name originates from when breweries marked their beers with X’s according to their strength.Those marked with three X’s being referred to as a Tripel. Threefold has complex flavours from fermentation with a Belgian style yeast strain. This beer is highly carbonated through a re-fermentation in the package just like the original Tripels from Belgium.

Czech it - Our most complex, tedious, and rewarding pale lager yet. The Chosen One arrives as a triple threat: an ancient low-dissolved-oxygen method, a Hochkurz-style step mash, and a meticulously followed water profile inspired by none other than ancient Plzeň, from which this style gets its name. Traditional Bohemian malt and hop cones, the finest water, and European yeast combine in perfect harmony to form The Chosen One.

4.9% ABV

I Got You is a brand new step-mashed tart wheat beer draws influence from the traditional Berliner Weisse but with a vibrant, tropical sour twist. In true OD fashion, we’ve cranked it up to 305 and amplified this wee number using our in-house lacto culture, then loaded it with huge doses of pineapple 🍍, Feijoa 🥝, watermelon 🍉, and coconut water 🥥 during fermentation. Tropical, tasty, and oh-so vibrant.

This can contains no less than 10 and a half individual strawberries , blended into one of our wildest sours to date

Weizenbocks are a style of strong German wheat beer that can vary in colour from golden to dark brown depending on the malts used. For our first Weizenbock, we went with a pale version. You can imagine it as a supercharged version of our Hefeweizen. Born Too Late was inspired by the pale Weizenbock brewed by the oldest continually operating brewery in the world and arguably the finest wheat beer producer. It has the banana and clove notes from the yeast, supported by malt sweetness. Hazy in appearance and pouring with a delicious creamy head of foam.

Hefeweizens are a traditional German wheat ale with distinctive banana and clove fermentation flavours. They are the original hazy beer, cloudy in appearance due to yeast still in suspension. While popular in its motherland, hefeweizens remain an underrated style, especially in Australia. Classic Haze is can conditioned to achieve the traditional high carbonation levels and characteristic thick long lasting head.

Witbier, meaning ‘white beer’ in Flemish, is a medieval style of beer from Belgium that was revived in the 1960’s. This pale, hazy wheat beer is brewed with coriander and orange peel. Whiter Shade of Ale has a full bodied mouthfeel from the large amount of wheat and oats used. Yet still highly refreshing with its high carbonation, a dry finish, and low bitterness.

Doppelbocks are a strong, rich and malty lager originally brewed by Bavarian monks in the 17th century. Designed to sustain the monks while they abstain from solid foods during the 40 day Lent period, doppelbocks earned the nickname ‘Liquid Bread’. Disclaimer: We do not condone 40 day beer-only diets.
