Seven Suns is a brand-new fruited pastry-style sour, straight from our R&D project arm. Beginning as an imperial, amplified lacto-sour, we then went big with a double hit of the seven favorites we’re loving right now—Aussie watermelon, raspberries, cherry, guava, strawberry, dragonfruit, and blood plums. It starts strong and fruit-forward with a robust tartness, while lashings of vanilla and milk sugar help to round and soften the finish on this simple yet decadent treat. The Seven Suns are calling—will you answer?

This is On The Inside, and by heavens, we are all here for this brand-new, topped-up-to-the-brim cream smoothie sour made in collaboration with our bestest pen-pals at Ophiussa Brewing Co from sunny Portugal Combining post-fermentation additions of mango, banana, and vanilla ice cream all topped off with a big ol’ drizzle of Golden Syrup This obtusely packed fun tube is just the kind of insider madness one needs when face to face with summer’s drop-off. Big Woof! Strap in for our first stout of the season, and by the heavens, this beast is an absolute boozy doozy! You might want to catch your breath for this one. Mongrel is a juxtaposition of chaos and beauty – a 12-grain imperial stout base employing a collective 18-hour boil with hot-side additions of milk sugar, cocoa nibs, lightly toasted coffee beans, and coconut flakes. Big oof. After extensive conditioning in primary stainless, we’ve then gone and blended and transferred onto a plethora of cocoa beans, vanilla paste, marshmallow fluff, candy syrup, and burnt brown sugar - we loaded this mongrel up with everything we could find. It’s a dog's world, we just live in it.

What is up people? Out the gate with some delicious suds for you. We’ve got a brand-new kettle sour that’s topped up to the brim with our Pastry and Liquid Cream™ treatments. This decadent smoothie-meets-ice cream style sour combines outrageous additions of French vanilla, and white chocolate ice cream with a fruit-forward blast of tart raspberry, sweet strawberry, juicy guava, ripe mango, and creamy banana. All wrapped up with creamy lactose and a marshmallow fluffing for that extra layer of indulgence. Yum town is here

Get down and get real, homies, because this eye-catcher here is a brand-new ice cream sour with bold lashings of Aussie mangoes, strawberries, and milk sugar, all wrapped together with a rare but very cool Ube ice cream and a big kiss of marshmallow fluff. It's pretty out there, and we’re here for it, but don’t get carried away, compadre. Get down. Get real.

Miles Away is a brand-new DIPA championing our Clean-Fusion™ dry hopping method to accentuate the uber-fresh experimental Pink™ and Azacca hops our mates from Hollingbery Hops, USA 🇺🇸 flew over straight from their hop palletizing facility in Yakima. These new PinkID-158 cones “champion a sought-after combo of citrus and stone fruit, but what sets this hop apart from the herd are the subtle flavors of honey, apple, and vanilla,” so the fine folk themselves say. Anyway, we fermented this number out with our house yeast and used a stripped-back water profile we’ve been playing with to really help these hops pop! Welcome to the new, come get a taste.

Made in collaboration with new pals and fellow fruit space explorers, Elmeleven 👽🌀 all the way from Malmö, Sweden, Chad and Anders invited us on a journey into absolute fruit-laden madness, producing one of our most heavily fruited beers ever—something they dub the “PULP” series in their galaxy. Blueberry, raspberry, passionfruit, dragonfruit, and pineapple all coalesce into a mind-bending, pulp-inducing whirlwind of deliciousness for your mouth. Open up, the future is now.

The Long Run is made with our newest pal Dan at Mount Holly Beer in Vermont, USA. After meeting at NZ hop harvest and geeking out over NZ hops, brewing process, and the importance of water, Dan decided to fly home via Sydney and help us replicate something as close to the rolling green hills of Vermont as we can get. With a huge focus on water, we’ve done our best to replicate the soft, cloud-like aqua of the North East using our in-house RO water system, along with a metric bucket load of fresh NZ hop cones to complement this big, juicy, hop-to-face-smacking lupulin monster. Its different, in a freedom kind of way.

New View is made with our pals at Alive Brewing in 🇸🇬 Singapore 🇸🇬 — a pack of legends. After making the trek over the Sunda Islands and collaborating at their fine joint last year, we figured it was about time we laid down a big, fat, juicy DIPA Down Under that champions the NZ hop we all fell in love with — Peacharine — backed up in full by Mega Motueka, Super Sauvin, and Peacharine HopKief™. Double dry-hopped at over 25 g/L, this is one absolute hop bomb wrapped in an aluminum suit y’all don’t want to miss, la.

Moonlighting is a new Hazy IPA championing a heck-load of NZ CRYO hops we’ve been dying to get our hands on. With a complex and potent mix of lime juice, gooseberry wine, and citrus lollipop character, we've utilized big hitters Wai-iti CRYO, Motueka CRYO, Nelson Sauvin CRYO, and a kiss of hand-selected Egger’s Riwaka for good dank measure. Another evolution in our journey of exploring the modern India Pale Ale. Chur 🤙

Coco Beware is a brand new lassi style gose straight out of our R&D project. Starting its life as an amplified kettle sour, we’ve dosed in some Aussie rock salt, and given it our massive fruit and ice-cream treatments. Big lashings of Blueberry. Pineapple and Coconut Ice Cream meld to create the perfect fever dream as you sip your way to hype heaven. Yum but beware!

Meet Me There is a brand-new ice cream-style fruited sour made with some of our favourite fruits and coolest techniques. Obtusively packed with blueberry, strawberry and banana, we’ve then gone and layered this huge fruiting rate with a generous serving of burnt brown sugar, cinnamon donuts, and vanilla ice cream. It’s nothing but a good thang - meet us there!

Get ready for the grand reveal—TADAAA! Velvety vanilla ice cream meets tangy strawberry and raspberry coulis perched on a buttery graham cracker base. A delicate dusting of icing sugar adds the perfect sweet finale, while a creamy boost of lactose rounds out the texture. Out of the hat it’s a nostalgic, dessert-style sour that delivers pure joy in every can.
