Czech it – We’ve topped our most complex, tedious, and rewarding LoDo pale lager yet. Chills Pils arrives after an awe-inspiring trip to the land of the long white foam – Czechia 🇨🇿. A meticulous water profile copied from the wells of České Budějovice, a freshly international import of the house yeast strain from Budvar National Brewery, and a traditional decoction mash on our definitely-not-fit-for-purpose two-vessel system.
Expect a solid, bready malt character with pronounced hop bitterness and a bold yet refreshing finish. A post-modern take on a traditional classic. Na zdraví!

Brace yourself for an unfiltered fruit avalanche—this PULP style sour ale packs over 650gm/L of un-ripened mango and creamy banana kick things off, followed by sweet, tropical guava’s bright acidity and fruity punch. Waves come and crash of juicy boysenberry and deep blackcurrant, each layer adding plush, jammy body with al that thick goodness y'all love. It’s an unapologetic, all-fruit showcase—think Never Skip The Intro turned up to eleven—delivering a bold, tangy punch that lingers long after the last drop. We're built for this stuff.

We’re still at it. This time it’s a big fat double Oat Cream IPA built on a single, silky dose of our infamous Multi‑stack Oats™. Upon that lush base, our refined house Hazy Yeast™ went to work on a fresh lineup of HBC 1019, Superdelic, Motueka, and Eggers Special hops. Then we brought in the real troublemaker—BEGA® Lactose—to send your calorie counter into freefall.
The result? A smooth, fruit‑laced, NZ‑hopped IPA dripping with notes of peach rings, mango lollies, and piña colada creaminess. A cold summer in a can, brewed with liquid love and made to drink right now.

Red Rims is a brand spanking new topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that's been given a full fresh-fruit fermentation treatment. We’ve started this sour’s journey with a lean foundation that really lets the fruit shine in a massive way. We’ve added Australian Strawberry, Guava, Fijian Coconut Water, Chinese Goji berries, and some Preserved Lemon. Soured with our house lacto culture and finished off with a kiss of sea salt. A super tasty number that’ll have you looking the right way.

Roll with the punches like a Midnight Roller —a triple-fruited kettle sour that weaves together ripe strawberry, sun-kissed peach and juicy mango in a swirl of bright tartness. A ribbon of agave syrup adds soft sweetness, while a hint of rose water lends an ethereal floral lift. Creamy lactose tames the edges, giving each sip velvet depth before a crisp, puckering finish. This bewitching blend balances kettle-sour zing with lush, dessert-like indulgence making these sub tins perfect for nocturnal adventures. Hoooo!

We’ve got a brand-new kettle sour that’s topped up to the brim with our Pastry and Liquid Cream™ treatments. This decadent smoothie-meets-ice cream style sour combines outrageous additions of French vanilla, and coconut ice cream with a fruit-forward blast of fruity boysenberries, mango, passionfruit, silky banana, and kisses of guava and watermelon!

Soul Stealer is a brand new fruited oat cream IPA made with our pals Simon & Adam at Superflux Beer Company in Vancouver, Canada. Known for their super smooth IPAs and heavy fruit sour range, we decided to team up and combine these two forces. The result is a silky NZ-hopped IPA with additions of Aussie mango, Canadian maple syrup, Fijian coconut, and Bega milk sugar. Think peach rings, mango lollies, and piña colada vibes.

Embark on a creamy lunar voyage with juicy apricot and tangy raspberry ride plump waves of mango, folded into pillowy ribbons of French vanilla bean ice cream and silky coconut ice cream. Say hello to Get Ignit - a thick, creamy, green masterpiece built for the smoothie-sour lovers who like their beers bold, decadent, and just a little unhinged. This one hits like a dessert detonation: coconut and vanilla ice cream laying down lush, velvety sweetness while a swirl of matcha green tea extract brings that earthy, cheesecake-level richness. All of it rides atop a smooth, sweet-sour base that glows a vibrant matcha green in the glass. Creamy, dreamy, and fully loaded, Get Ignit pours thick and silky, balancing dessert indulgence with a lively sour snap. It’s a mashup of cheesecake decadence, smoothie texture, and matcha magic - built to go big, sip slow, and get a little ignit.

No Rules throws pear, banana and walnut into the tank like nobody’s checking the tank schedule or recipe - in a good way. From our R&D program, pear brings this juicy, thick sweetness, banana pads it out with that smooth, creamy weight, and the walnut cuts through with a warm little nutty grin that shouldn’t work but absolutely does. It’s a chunky, weird, fruit-and-nut smoothie that leans into the madness instead of hiding from it. No blueprint. No tidy edges. Just a sour doing its own thing and daring you to keep up. Can you dig it?

This naturally conditioned ale experiences interactions between the robust malt, hop and yeast characters, to exhibit an intriguing journey of flavour development over a period of five years. This grand ale should be savoured in moderation.

A Single Hop DIPA made with our Whānau at Freestyle Hops. Championing the choice as kiwi cone Motueka - here we've used our hand-selected Freestyle Mid-late harvest Motueka, Sunshine Valley low-temp kilned Motueka, and Motueka SubZero Hop Kief™ extract to capture all that bright intensity Mot gives. We then superchargered this DIPA by utilising a  Thiol-activated yeast strain in conjunction with a double dose of Mega Motueka™  and a top off of new fandangled Motueka HYPERBOOST™ courtesy of YCH - Tu meke!

The Long Run is made with our newest pal Dan at Mount Holly Beer in Vermont, USA. After meeting at NZ hop harvest and geeking out over NZ hops, brewing process, and the importance of water, Dan decided to fly home via Sydney and help us replicate something as close to the rolling green hills of Vermont as we can get. With a huge focus on water, we’ve done our best to replicate the soft, cloud-like aqua of the North East using our in-house RO water system, along with a metric bucket load of fresh NZ hop cones to complement this big, juicy, hop-to-face-smacking lupulin monster. Its different, in a freedom kind of way.
