Tap In is a brand new blended number straight out of our R&D program. We've blended together a Florida Weisse and Gose base to give a super refreshing, mega fruity, very slightly salty sour number. Using copious amounts of Aussie passionfruit and mango, with a kiss of Tasmanian Yuzu, and a whole lot of good vibes. Tap In. Drop out.

Think again, Homies! We’ve reimagined one of our OG cream sours with our pals at GROSS Brewing from San Sebastián, Basque Country. After crossing paths abroad in the Florida-Weisse capital, Miami, we walked away inspired to lay down an experimental brew on each side of the hemisphere. A kettle-sour base loaded with banana, QLD mango, coconut, and vanilla, all in the perfect amounts, will have you slurping your way to Michelin heaven. Jo ta ke, irabazi arte!

Straight out of our R&D program is this truly out-there smoothie style seltzer. Here our inhouse moonshine melds perfectly with blueberry & raspberry purees, pineapple juice, vanilla and coconut milk. Naturally vegan, gluten-free, and crafted with real Aussie ingredients, it’s a deliciously bold, refreshing treat for any occasion. Sip, savour, and escape the ordinary y’all.

Moonlighting is a new Hazy IPA championing a heck-load of NZ CRYO hops we’ve been dying to get our hands on. With a complex and potent mix of lime juice, gooseberry wine, and citrus lollipop character, we've utilized big hitters Wai-iti CRYO, Motueka CRYO, Nelson Sauvin CRYO, and a kiss of hand-selected Egger’s Riwaka for good dank measure. Another evolution in our journey of exploring the modern India Pale Ale. Chur 🤙

Walk a Talk is a clean, easy, hop-forward Hazy IPA that’s not just all talk. Built on a crisp, modern malt base and a laid-back fermentation profile, this beer lets the hops do all the flexing.
We hit the cool pool with a high-impact combo of Citra, Nectaron CRYO®, and Nelson Sauvin—three hop powerhouses dishing out notes of tropical punch, ripe stone fruit, lychee, and sauv blanc spritz. Then we Double Dry Hopped the thing just to make sure you smell it before you even sip it.
Juicy, bright, and dripping with hop charisma. Whether you’re waxing poetic or kicking back in silence, Walk a Talk speaks volumes innit.

We have packed a mind bending 420 grams of cherry into every litre.  With the oozing fruit, puckering tartness, and dark-fruit rush, this beer is a jedi mind trick on the soul.

The seventh dip of our Liquid Series: A pure, unadulterated focus on complete flavour saturation. Introducing Liquid Banana - Using every banana product and process available to brewers right now we've laid down a brew in honour of one of our favourite adjuncts, something we use a lot here at the brewery. Thick and creamy, with a touch of Papua Vanilla to round it off. Yum!

Step inside the bubble—a vibrant sorbet sour swirling ripe blackberry and juicy watermelon into a frosty ribbon of sorbet, all lifted by a creamy sprinkle of banana ice cream powder. The light effervescence and smooth lactose finish turn each can into a playful, refreshing chill-out moment. At Winter's gate,  it’s the reminder we need of a perfect fizzy escape inside a sunshine filled bubble. Pop!

Brace yourself against the ever present enemy - Time. Time to get six layers of pulped fruit: deep boysenberry, plump blueberry, tart black-currant, tropical guava, succulent mango, and creamy banana up into you. A final drizzle of local NSW honey ties it together with warm, golden sweetness while overall this imperial sour packs a rich, fruit-forward punch with a luxuriously smooth finish that defies the clock. Hecking yes please!
