Follow The Sun is a brand new Cali IPA inspired by the easy-drinking, hop-forward beers we enjoyed on the
West Coast of the US. Using a lean malt bill, crispy water profile, and a plain as peach yeast strain, nothing stands in the way of the big, bold, and bright hop character that fresh Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Superdelic bring.  This unobstructed approach allows the hops to pop right off and express themselves while keeping it easy and super breezy to drink. Bright beer, tight hops, forever sippable. Sip it down as we follow the sun to hop heaven.

Roll it up and sip it down. Here we have a brand new quarter of our imagination ready for you to explore the depths of—Pandan. Rumored to come from the lands of SEA, it’s said to have properties like, but not limited to, a unique flavor and aroma that’s often described as grassy, floral, and vanilla-like. Ooossh. We’re on. We’ve whipped this puppy up with vanilla custard, coconut ice cream, and banana. It's big, creamy, and a dessert fit for any exploring mouth.

AUSTRALIAN LAGER

New Coopers Australian Lager, refreshing from first drop to last. With a bright golden hue originating from Coopers’ own lager malt, the beer pours clean and clear. Our easy-drinking modern Australian Lager features stone fruit and citrus aromas, with a dash of late hopping adding subtle tropical notes. A slow fermentation using traditional lager yeast creates delicate floral notes on the palate. Finally an authentic Australian Lager that pairs well with a barbie on a sunny day.

Coopers Dark Ale is brewed using quality raw materials and century old brewing techniques, which produce a dark beer full of promise a journey in taste, starting fresh and creamy and finishing with a lingering coffee flavour.

The seventh dip of our Liquid Series: A pure, unadulterated focus on complete flavour saturation. Introducing Liquid Banana - Using every banana product and process available to brewers right now we've laid down a brew in honour of one of our favourite adjuncts, something we use a lot here at the brewery. Thick and creamy, with a touch of Papua Vanilla to round it off. Yum!

Little has changed since Thomas Cooper brewed his first batch of Sparkling Ale in 1862. It's still naturally conditioned in the bottle with our unique strain of Coopers yeast. To enjoy the complete Sparkling experience, roll the bottle to mix in the yeast sediment before pouring. No additives. No preservatives.
