Harnessing the power of friendship and sunshine, we've gone and taken a gosh darn bucket load of fresh Aussie lemons that had no home and blended them up with some of our in-house made spirits to give y'all a thirst-quenching, summer-making, tasty wee number that'll have you dreaming of the sun-drenched coastlines of your backyard pool.

Think an old-school lemon squash that got a lil bit boozy.⁠ ⁠

Introducing That’s Them Hoppy Ale - a beer born from two bold, daring breweries uniting in the name of beer and friendship to create some seriously juicy and hop-driven froth. Combining forces, noggins, and brewhouses with our pals Fox Friday, we’ve gone and loaded this sud tube up with the freshest Simcoe®, Citra Cryo®, and hand-selected Motueka we could get our paws on. One recipe with 2 breweries expressing it in their own unique way. A big, pale, hazy juice bomb? That’s Us. A wickedly smooth hop-driven crispy ale? That’s Them.

A good beer for those who don't like good beer! Clean, crisp and clear.

4.7% ABV

Bear Hug is an Oud Bruin style sour, otherwise known as a Flanders Brown. It was aged for 16 months in oak barrels, before being can conditioned for a further 5 months. This long aging period allows the Pediococcus bacteria to develop the desired sourness and also results in the malt profile  acquiring some sweet sherry like flavors. A complex blend of dark malts and fruity esters, with balanced sweetness and sourness.

6.5% ABV

A pale lager with pleasant floral and spicy hop character. Made in the style of the modern festival beers brewed by Munich breweries for Oktoberfest. Here and Now showcases the flavourful German Pilsner and Vienna malts whilst being drinkable enough to down by the stein full.

While Brettanomyces (?Brett?) yeast is known for producing the funky flavours and aromas in wild ales, it was actually first isolated from British stock ales, hence its name meaning ?British Fungus? in Greek. It is believed that Brett living within the wooden barrels used to age these stock ales gave them their distinctive complexity and smoothness. Taking Stock was aged in oak barrels for eight months with the specific Brett strain that was originally isolated from these stock ales.

Beervana 2024 Release

German Pils are the German adaptation of the original Pilsners from Pilsen in the Czech Republic. Brewed using pilsner malt and noble hops, both sourced from Germany, Jagged Little Pils spent five weeks lagering in our horizontal tanks. This is a pale, dry and bitter beer with an extra crisp finish.

5% ABV

Melody is a Vienna Lager, reddish-copper in colour, smooth and malty, with some toffee and bready flavours. It?s brewed with a restrained hop usage giving just enough bitterness to provide a balanced finish. First introduced in Vienna in the 1840s, it is now a style that is rare in Austria, but has been embraced by several large Mexican breweries as well as craft breweries around the world.

Coopers XPA is all about ‘extra’ hop flavour whilst being well balanced and easy to drink. With Simcoe and Lemondrop American hops added at different stages of the brewing process we have achieved an optimal bitterness level with bright citrus undertones. Like all of our Ales, XPA is naturally conditioned and free from any additives or preservatives.

Coopers Best Extra Stout Bottles 6x375ml

With its robust blend of fruit and chocolate flavours and bitter hop notes, it's everything a stout should be. An all malt brew that's naturally conditioned in the bottle, Coopers Best Extra Stout's unique rich, dark texture comes from our liberal use of specially roasted black malt. No additives.

Morning Light is a golden sour fermented and aged in wine barrels with Belgian Saison yeast, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. Fermenting directly in the four barrels gave the microflora living in the oak greater opportunity to develop unique characters. Morning Light was aged in barrels for 18 months and can conditioned a further 3 months before release.

What's better than damn tasty ginger beer with kisses of chilli and lime? Not a lot really. So we made it. We canned it. Now it's here for you to enjoy whenever, however, you want.

Inspired by our adventures in Miami, Florida, Dreamland embodies the essence of the city that birthed the namesake of this can’s style—the Florida Weisse. This step-mashed tart wheat beer draws influence from the traditional Berliner Weisse but with a vibrant, tropical twist. In true OD fashion, we’ve cranked the whole thing up to 305. With a higher ABV and enhanced mouthfeel, we’ve amplified this brew using our in-house lacto culture, then loaded it with huge doses of passionfruit, mandarin, mango, and coconut water during fermentation. Tropical, tasty, and oh-so vibrant.
