This dry, tropical and juicy Xtra Pale Ale represents the unique and pure bonds between Hops, Malt and Yeast. In this beer we pay tribute to Idaho-7, Sabro and Nectaron hops where a massive boil-free, double dry hop addition delivers exceptional drinkability with a satisfying and hoppy finish.

4.7% ABV.

Our 2022 Brewer's Guild Trophy winner is named after the Dark Sky Reserve in the Mackenzie Basin. This beer is best enjoyed on a wintery evening whilst partaking in some shooting star spotting. A pitch black pour with a tight tan head reveals an abundance of complex coffee, chocolate and caramelized sugar aromas that meld with roasted grains and some wood char. Light and creamy is the first impression; giving way to coffee and campfire roast marshmallows finishing with a dry and lengthy roasty bitterness that's classic of the style.

9.5% - Radical Recycled Hop IPA

Waste’s only waste if you waste it. Sludgefest IPA, a radical experiment in recycling hops. Multiple doses of leftover dry hop ‘sludge’, still loaded with hop aroma and flavour, pumped straight from other beers into this tank of Sludgefest making it technically our most heavily hopped beer ever. You won’t want to waste a drop.

4.0% - Fruited Peach Lager

A blissful blend of fruit and beer. Super smooth, easy drinking lager, cut with New Zealand peach for a mouth watering fresh fruit flavour. Pure refreshment. Pure Bliss.

ABV 8.5%

This wild ferment was a Hawkes Bay mission. Broken van, stranded staff, grapes fermenting where they shouldn’t… it nearly broke us. But out of the chaos came something special; a wild sour brimming with funky Brett character, tannish Malbec grapes, and a crisp, clean finish. Proof that hard work (and a little madness) really does pay off.

Rainier isn’t just a WCIPA, it’s what happens when the Pacific North West Cascade Mountains throw a hop party and invite all their wildest friends; El Dorado, Simcoe, Chinook, Citra, and Cascade.

Back for another round of waffle wizardry, this pastry sour packs a punch of tart blackcurrants, drizzled in maple, swirled with vanilla, with a splash of dreamy lactose. It’s a breakfast buffet doing cartwheels in your mouth. And yes, it brought the syrup.

Duncan’s pilsner is a staff favourite and has been with us since our inception in 2014. We’ve given it a well deserved makeover. Same wonderful recipe, new convenient tins!

The ultimate expression of Wild Workshop’s inner city terroir. An artful blend of five years’ worth of 100% spontaneously fermented beer, aged in  French oak, creating a complex and beautifully balanced beer with tart fruit notes and a superbly dry finish. The result of five years’ hard work, and a little chance, luck and magic.
