Her citrus predictions are pretty accurate. The divine Talia foresees that you will love this flavour. We have collaborated with Wonderland Chocolate to create our beery stout interpretation of their delicious orange chocolate made with cashew milk.

Gallus is our rich, full-bodied Scotch Ale, deep mahogany in the glass and seriously malt-driven. Layers of caramelised toffee, dark sugar and toasted bread unfold first, followed by warming notes of raisin, treacle and a whisper of smoke. A beer with backbone and just enough swagger to carry the name.

We’re all at sea for this edition of our hop forward, tattoo inspired ‘Toughie Sticker’ series. Devil to Pay Red IPA. Chest loads of Chinook, Citra, Centennial and Amarillo hops and a carefully selected malt grist creates a luscious rubescent beer awash with pine resin and pink grapefruit. Get inked!

6.9% - Spontaneous Framboise Blend

An artful blend of 3 year old, 100% spontaneously fermented, oak puncheons, refermented on Wakefield raspberries grown in the Tapawera valley. The result is a stunningly colourful, beautifully balanced, intensely aromatic beer with delightful bright berry character and superb juicy acidity. The result of a lot of hard work, and a little chance, luck & magic.

Whale Played Red IPA is a West-coast-style pale ale with a rich juicy mouthfeel and delicious flavours and aromas of stone fruit, melons and resin.

Appley Ever After Dry Cider was made in collaboration with Three Viking Maidens and their Hidden Orchard, Kereru presents this dry & lightly carbonated traditional cider made from hand-picked Wairarapa apples.

ALLSTON TRIPLE IPA 10%

Respect the Power of Three! Amarillo, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops work together in this triple IPA to unleash intoxicating notes of citrus, tropical fruit, gooseberry and blueberry, a heady concoction rounded out by English malts and a dash of magic. This beer is outrageously drinkable for a triple, complex yet balanced with a satisfying finish.

CZECH PILSNER 4.7%

Intense citrus, wildflowers, pine and fresh spice aromatics courtesy of the Special Saaz hops in this traditional Czech Pilsner. Bohemian Pilsner malts provide a robust body with bready notes and mild sweetness with a well‑rounded bitterness on the finish.

Mad Max is a brew using the brand new experimental hop 'Manilita', grown and distrubuted by Freestyle Hops in Tasman, NZ.

The 2025 Manilita was harvested on 24-Mar. This Mid harvested hop comes in T90 Hop Pellets from the A1 block(s) of Freestyle Hops Nelson Lakes farm. This Manilita lot has field aromas of Pink Grapefruit, Mango, Nectarine.

A native world awaits, a gem more precious than gold, oil or money, protected & fostered by passionate people who care. Kiwi pukupuku forage here, Tuatara bask, Kākā sing & native bush hums with the sound of Aotearoa at her most delightfully primal. Nelson’s Brook Waimārama Sanctuary is for the birds, the bees, the mushrooms, the trees. It’s for Wētā, Kākāriki & ferns where forest song echoes & wildness yearns to thrive. This beer was made to help them all, brewed with a unique native NZ yeast captured & cultivated by our friends at Froth Tech in Wellington. There’s heaps to love here with a pared back malt bill making way for delicate effervescence, just enough New World hoppiness & a colour gorgeous as a sunny sanctuary day. And remember: stay wild.

Think Northern Cali dank green meets So Cal arid desert expanse & you’re onto it. Whether you’re a Pilsner-style fan or just a beer aficionado, it’s awesome. Totally awesome.
