An American West Coast style double IPA with a light, but balanced malt body, giving away to the citrus, stone fruit and pine notes with a pleasuring long lingering finish. 

4.8% - German Style Kölsch

Get your umlauts out! Röck Döts, kölsch. Brilliantly pale gold ale, brewed in the traditional Köln style, with crisp, sweet malt, balanced to Germanic precision with the delicate noble hop notes of Tettnanger & Saphir. Cleaner than a Mötley Crüe member, fresh out of rehab. Röck ön!

6.2% - DDH Hazy IPA with Cryo Pop and Hyperboost

Take a trip to the candy store. Candy Vision, juicy hazy pale, double dry hopped with an extravagant blend of CRYO POP® and Krush HYPERBOOST™. It’s an explosion of juicy fruits and candied citrus, like sucking on a whole bag of mixed lollies, all at once! The candy man can.

If you've been mowing your super-long lawn, running super-fast, or out in the super-hot sun, you'll need to super-quench your super-thirst. This Pacific Pilsner has been dry-hopped with NZ and US hops to make it super-tasty, while its light body and crisp finish make it super-refreshing. At just 4% ABV, and 40% lower in carbs, you can feel slightly-smug too.

4.0 % ABV.

Shoes off, shades down. We’ve gone full tropical trouble (again). This Hazy is packed full of Sabro hops and coconut milk, heading straight for a lagoon of piña colada hazy pleasure. Sunshine in a can, no sunscreen required.

Plunge into the depths of this mighty West Coast IPA which is swirling with notes of grapefruit, lime, orange and pine from the Simcoe, Amarillo Cryo and Citra Cryo hops. Buoyed by a robust malt base, these zesty aromatics make this beer hit like a crashing wave before tapering off into a light, clean bitterness on the finish - hugely refreshing!

Despite the name, ‘German Hill’ isn’t particularly German at all. It earned its title from the blunt local assumption that any European accent must surely be German - when rather it was Inglewood’s influx of Prussian/Polish immigrants settling there in the area in the late 1800s. Close enough, right?

Nestled just outside of Inglewood, the volcanic mound originally known as Atoa Iwa had previously served as a perfect kāinga for local iwi, giving commanding views of the surrounding land. It also boasted several clean, bubbling springs of water known for its excellent mineral composition.

Raise a stein and give a mighty Prost to this beer, brewed with traditional German malt and hops, with inspiration taken from the pure, fresh springs of German Hill.

The Disinformation Project Stout

Thief Brewing’s first-ever stout, brewed in cahoots with the legends at Test Lab Brewery. A rich, full-bodied debut with velvety smoothness and a thick, creamy head. Aromas of roasted coffee and decadent dark chocolate lead into bold roasted malt flavours, with just enough bitterness to balance the sweetness. It’s a flavour-packed, luxurious drop made for stout lovers who like it deep, dark, and honest.

Huhu Hazy Volume 1: Mosaic

Juicy, hazy, and loaded with tropical punch.

The first release in our Huhu Hazy series, this juicy banger puts Mosaic hops front and centre. Bursting with punchy passionfruit, ripe mango, and sweet tangerine, it finishes with a lick of citrus zest. Smooth, natural carbonation rounds it out into a soft, velvety juice bomb. Tropical as, and dangerously crushable.
