Black BEER - BEER, but darker. 4.8%

Exactly as it sounds. Water, malt, hops, yeast. Still simple, just dark. Brewed with a comforting bounty of Gladfield Pilsner, Munich and Chit malts. Sometimes simple is exactly what you want.

With so many hop heavy hazy IPA's taking the descriptor of pineapple we thought why not boost this with actual pineapple. Nothing better than the real thing for making flavour and aroma! We took a nice, light and sweet malt base with plenty of creamy oats and a bit of lactose and created a hazy IPA by stuffing it full of pineapplely hops. Nectaron, citra and simcoe. Then when it wasn't quite finished we then stuffed it with 15kg of Freeze dried pineapple - equivalent to 150kg of fresh pineapple! Pouring a beautiful light yellow colour with a clean haze, this beer is juice-centric and has plenty of tangy pineapple flowing out mixed in with some stonefruit and pine notes. A full body, lots of fruit flavour and a mellow bitterness round of the flavour.

In Japan, during the briefest of seasonal windows, green yuzu on the cusp of ripeness is combined with crushed green chilli and salt, then fermented to create a uniquely piquant seasoning. Inspired by this tradition, Yuzukosh? is a kettle soured pilsner, brewed with green chilli, the fresh zest of locally grown green yuzu and a judicious dose of sea salt. The result is a beer that captures the essence of seasonal freshness, bursting with salty sour citrus, and delicate chilli heat. "

This NZ IPA is like a long drive along the west coast, beautiful and classically Kiwi with clean green pungent hop aromas. A clear gold pour takes you to a clean maltiness and a smooth palate with a mild bitterness to round off the journey.

Little Bird is an alcohol-free* IPA, with a deliciously-puritanical, true expression of the hop flavour. It's so tasty, you wont even realise you're not drinking. Until the morning, of course

Part 8 of 24/24. Bière de Garage, one of the original 24 beers that began the Garage Project, and a firm favourite at the brewery. Hops slip back into a minor supporting role in this deliciously tart farmhouse ale, brewed with Belgian pilsner, biscuit and aromatic malts and infused with whole sour cherries. The result is a uniquely refreshing mix of sparkling sour fruit with a touch of almond sweetness. Here's to old friends made new again.

Sunset Surf Pale Ale brings a wave of US Loral and NZ Nectaron hops for big flavour! This wee gem has floral pineapple and soft citrus notes over a smooth malty base with just enough bitterness to keep it refreshing and crisp.

5.3% ABV.

Taking its name from our fave local jumping off point into the briny blue, Jump Rock Unfiltered IPA starts with one of our signature unfiltered IPA bases before we load it with heaps of Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops. All gooseberry, citrus and fresh pine needle up front, those flavours are mirrored on the palate alongside a hint of toffee and soft malts.

6.0% ABV.
