Classic Pilsner yeast profile. Dank kiwi hop flavour from Riwaka and a touch of tropical from Nelson Sauvin. Smooth honey malt profile with clean bitterness.

IPA - Mango, apricot, and citrus with a body to back it up.

Naughty Hopper is packing a mouthful of resinous tropical fruit flavours, thanks to Simocoe, Amarillo and Mosaic hops.  These Rockstar hops are low in bitterness but high in juicy goodness.  Late additions and awkward positions are what Naughty Hopper is all about.

Liberty Brewing Co. - Halo Pilsner is quite positively a monument of New Zealand Pilsner proudly brewed with glorious Gladfield malts and a free rein of Nelson hops.

You can expect a good lashing of zesty lime citrus peel accented with tropical passion fruit, all shining proudly above rye-cracker malt drizzled with subtle sweet caramel.

5.4% ABV.

Liberty Brewing Co. - Easy drinking designed to be quaffed.  Look at that golden colour & crisp white head glistening in the sun.  Now touch it to the tongue for some of the latest US hops.

5.1% ABV.

Blackberry Farmhouse sour Barrel fermented with spontaneous culture and more blackberries .

6.8% ABV.

The "i" might be in lower case, but beware - this is a capital beer.  

Brimming with luscious roasted coffee and chocolate malt flavours drizzled over a scoop of velvety ice cream.iStout Affogato is balanced by a brisk bitterness and bold hoppy freshness, remixed by the addition of lactose, coffee, and vanilla in the brew.  

As with all our beers, this beer is a very modern interpretation of this classic style.

10% ABV.  

Garage Project - DFA is dead, long live DFA.  Demus Favorem Amori - 'we choose to stand for love'.  DFA, a surprising blend of flavours marrying mango, Vietnamese mint, lime and chilli with the high citrus hit of centennial, amarillo and citra hops.  The result is a deliciously intense tryst of bittersweet heat.  Tropical fruit and citrus hop character, coming together to create a beer of rich, satisfying balance.

Field Way combines 4 different fruity New Zealand grown hop varieties to create complex aromas and flavours of sweet lemon, lime, and mandarin marmalade with a hint of the herb garden. To balance all this zesty hop character we use one of our favourite base malts, the Pale Ale Malt from the Malteurope Maltings at Marton in the Rangitikei and a dash of toffee tinged caramalt malt from the Bairds Maltings in Scotland. The result is a hoppy fruity yet well balanced pale ale that makes a perfect foil to a chilli oil laced pizza at Long Beach.

5.8% ABV.

Brave Brewing - The People's Pils is deliciously simple and brings together clean, crisp malts and a zesty, noble hop character.  Fermented with a German lager yeast, this is a proper old school crushable pilsner, brewed for the people.

4.8% ABV.

Brave Brewing - A 'Feel Good' Golden Ale that pairs well with a bright sunny day.  Brewed with Canterbury wheat and barley malts, it employs a neutral yeast strain for a clean, crisp finish.  Low on bitterness, but packed with plenty of fruity hop character.  Stay Gold!

Brave Brewing - World famous in Hastings.  Bottle rocket, or 'EPA' as it's known around here, is a soft, aromatic extra pale ale that celebrates the Simcoe hop and it's delicious tropical, citrusy and piney notes.  A pale ale with that little bit extra!

This is Ultra IPA - five different US hop varieties, 100 IBU’s and a massive malt grist to match - a can load of weaponised hop firepower. Warning - proceed with the utmost caution.

Refreshingly uncomplicated.

A Classic lager brewed with New Zealand’s distinctive and underappreciated Green Bullet hop.

4.5% ABV. 

Behind the walls of several Belgian monasteries there exists a tradition of making strong, dark, rich, fruity beers packed with the flavours and aromas of dark sugar and dried fruit. The strongest of these are often referred to as quadrupels. Our anniversary beer, Cuvée de Moor, takes the dried fruit one stage further and includes a range of Moroccan fruit and dark sugars in the kettle before resting for a year in bretted pinot noir barrels. Raise a glass to our birthday.
