Coming of Age was built with time in mind. Chocolate and roasted malt lead the profile, supported by a firm body and a clean, deliberate finish. There are no shortcuts here. No added sweetness to soften the edges. No distractions. The goal is a stout that stands on its own, knowing that time will eventually take it further. Inspired by the thigh-burners, loose rock and views that’ll throw you off your line at Bike Glendhu. Monsoon Hoon is a beer built for fast laps, loose corners, and the inevitable post-ride yarn. A clean and lean malt base lets the Freestyle hops Manilita, Peacharine and Southern Cross do the dirty work. Red grapefruit, white peach and lemon up front, finished with a snappy bitterness that keeps it tight.  

But here's the part we're most proud of: 5% of profits from every can sold goes directly toward planting native trees at Bike Glendhu. That's every can, every time. Bike Glendhu has set a target of 30,000 New Zealand natives planted by 2030, and every Monsoon Hoon gets us a little closer.

Dessert Stout with Raspberry,
Chocolate & Coconut

9% ABV / 440ml

A decadent dessert stout layered with toasted coconut, fresh raspberry, and rich cocoa. Pouring deep mahogany-black with a lasting tan head, it delivers dessert-like indulgence while maintaining balance and drinkability.

Rolled oats create a smooth, silky body, while rye adds subtle spice and complexity. Milk sugar rounds out the palate with creamy sweetness, complemented by the caramel notes of coconut sugar. The result is a rich yet harmonious stout where chocolate, coconut, and raspberry work seamlessly together from first sip to finish.

5.7% - APA

The first in our tattoo inspired ‘Toughie Sticker’ series - American Traditional, old school APA. Plump Autumn barley malt and a traditional touch of crystal creates the perfect canvas for US hop varieties Centennial, Amarillo and Simcoe in a beer loaded with juicy apricot stonefruit, punchy orange, tangerine and grapefruit bitterness balanced with caramel malt sweetness. Get inked!

4.5% - Irish Red Ale

Time for an Irish farewell. Slán go fóill, easy going Irish Red Ale, brewed with crystal and a blend of malted, flaked and roast barley, tempered with just enough hop bitterness to bind and balance. So good it’ll leave you wanting more. Remember, it’s just goodbye for now.

The annual release for this in-house collaboration between Thomson Whisky & Hallertau Brewery. Notes of bitter chocolate, espresso coffee , a soupcon of vanilla and a whiff of whisky. A wintery drop for sure

Juicy and tropical with notes of fresh lime, passionfruit and grapefruit on the nose. Your favourite delicious party beer has been HAZED OUT for a luscious and creamy mouthfeel, drinking smooth as silk and giving maximum summer holiday vibes for your refreshment!

CHISWICK EXTRA SPECIAL BITTER 5.5%

Anchored by sturdy English malts and delicate aromatics of blackcurrant, lemon, orange blossom and black tea from the Brambling Cross, Fuggle and East Kent Goldings hops. West Yorkshire yeast adds stone fruit esters which complement the hops for delicious complexity.
