Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison — rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp — this imperial IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

Tired of talking my friends into pit stops at beer bars before heading “out” — in fear of having to drink bland lager all night — I set out to craft an ale that would act as companion throughout the evening. Leon is assertively hopped and fermented dry using champagne yeast. The yeast and the hops in combination with a simple malt bill provides the beer with a quality of being rich in taste yet refreshing.

On this beer we had the immense pleasure of working with two of the absolute best—3 sons brewing out of Florida and Bottle Logic out of California.

Andromeda is big, bold, thick and saturated with toasted coconut and wheat/rye whiskey. We love it dearly. It took almost two years to make and after soaking up all the Buffalo Trace Experimental Wheated Rye Whiskey in the wet barrels we hunted down, it has reached 15 alcohol by volume.

Poured into a tulip this beer moves slow. Hard pour for deep dark foam that dissipates quickly into spirit whiff and deep fudgy coconut. Savor like a praline.

15.2% ABV

A collaboration with hop magicians Fidens. This triple ipa with pineapple is dry hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. Next level. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Stockholm, Sweden.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Lorelei Coconut Maple Toast Imperial Porter 2022 is the third barrel aged vintage of our collaboration with Siren Craft Brew (UK) and the 5th home brew winner of our annual brewing competition, Dave Strachan. Together we crafted a robust coconut and maple infused porter. Take some amazing bourbon barrels, fill them, age them and what you have is perhaps the closest thing to drinkable maple syrup. We like this beer, a lot.

This year’s version of our annual blueberry cheesecake-inspired imperial stout Anagram is a 14% double barrel version. Together with our friends at Dugges, we continue to be inspired and experiment, this time it comes in an extra expressive bottle screen printed with five colors. Brewed with blueberries and aromas.

A few years ago we went to Tampa, Florida to brew a massive Imperial Stout together with our friends at Angry Chair Brewing. 2022 it was time again, but this time it was brewed in Sweden, here is the barrel aged version.

An easy-drinking, medium-bodied German style Pilsner designed for all occasions. Orange peel, citrus, fresh cut grass and floral notes on the nose. Bready flavours with a touch of honey, finishing dry with a balanced bitterness.
