Austin is a farmhouse ale built by the inspiration to share beer with people close to heart. It is pale, tart, delicate, and complex with a bit of pleasant funk. We took part of our latest batch of Austin and refermented it on plums at a rate of more than 2 lbs of fruit per gallon. Following bottling, Austin Plum was bottle conditioned for several months before being made available today. The result offers a soft and balanced plum character that includes flavors of the sweet fruit flesh and nuanced elements of the tart skin. The flavors are all boosted by the expression of our microorganisms and wrapped up in a incredibly gentle and #balancedacidity.

Inspired by dry rosé this is a beer that tastes like wine!
A very light malt base keeps malt flavours and colour to a minumum. Kettle souring overnight gives a wine-like tart acidity and a dry hop of German Hallertau Blanc hops gives grape flavours. Strawberry puree was added to give fruity complexity (and colour!) and a long cooler ferment and lagering process gives a clean crisp finish reminiscent of the dry minerally finish found in dry rosé wine.

Over at Bach we've been reminiscing sun drenched days on our family farm, in Hawke's Bay, picking tree ripened apples from the orchard. So, why not turn the sunshine and apples into classic cider pleasure.

We've sourced multi-varietal apple juice from the sunny Hawke's Bay, for our cider maker to weave into a full flavoured Scrumpy style cider, medium-dry, crisp and with golden colour.

We've been on the hops again... beavering away to create a Lemon Radler option of our Award winning All Day non-alcoholic IPA, that tastes like a delicious refreshing beer.

100% craft brewed fermented non-alcoholic beer (not alcohol removed). Tropical and citrus characters from the Citra, Mosaic and Nectaron hops for an unmistakably beer finish.  ALL DAY.

Samichlaus Barrique 330ml is a Doppelbock from Austrian brewery, Schloss Eggenburg. Samichlaus beer is only brewed once per year, on Saint Nicholas Day (6th December). The beer is aged for 10 months in Austrian oak barrels, imparting a complex, woody flavour into the beer. At 14% ABV, Samichlaus Barrique is exceptionally strong for a lager. Pouring an amber-brown colour, Samichlaus Barrique 330ml offers up aromas of roasted chestnuts, dark, dried fruits and smoked malt.
