This is a blend of one-year-old 'spon' from Cell Division (Dunedin), Wilderness (Christchurch) and Craftwork.

Our flagship beer. A German Pilsner at heart with a heavy dose of New Zealand hops. Brewed with our house lager yeast and cold-conditioned for six weeks before we release it, the aroma is clean and bright with citrus and melon hoppiness. Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where our spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.

We’ve dedicated our low carb hazy pale ale to them, and kept it fittingly lean and easy-going, with sparkling citrus hop characters, good balance, and a crisp finish.

Barrel Aged version of this big imperial porter brewed with maple syrup, cocoa nibs, cassia cinnamon and vanilla.
